Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically with Qatar Energy experience. You will be responsible for project design, planning, and construction oversight while ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Design & Planning: Lead the design and planning phases of civil engineering projects. Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedules. Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and company safety standards (specifically PTW procedures).
Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil engineering. Industry Background: Preferably with a background in Qatar Energy or the Oil & Gas sector. Procedures: Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures is essential. Language: Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
Technical Skills & Certifications:Proficiency in Auto CAD and Civil 3D. Advanced skills in MS Office. Experience with Project Management Software. Familiarity with Qatar Energy standards is highly preferred.
