Sc civil engineering. <br>Roles and responsibilities: Coding BOQ in CCS, quantity take-off, preparation of BOQs, preparation of bespoke RFQ packages (Specs, drawings, BOQ and contract), coordination with contracts dept. To ensure back-to-back, fixed-price lump sum/escalation mechanisms are met. Accountable for combined technical and commercial tables of comparison, meetings with subcontractors to ensure method, sequence, program compliance, scope of work and specification compliance, contractual compliance, plant and equipment requirements priced correctly and coordinated with other disciplines, laydown and work yard area, etc. Detailed coordination and ownership of technical, contractual and legal, and commercial performance to ensure company standards are met, tender schedule met. Tender team efficiency and retainment, develop and execute bid-winning strategy, present weekly tender reports to BOD, final review meetings to tender committee, achieve KPIs of cost per sq mt and unit rates and maximize winning margins. Compilation of all information correctly, including notes and remarks on the top sheet, including direct, indirect, risk OH, profit, escalation, finance, tax etc. Packaging and submission of tenders online and physically to clients.
