Perform /contribute to RCFAs, Risk Assessments, and HAZOP to find cause and eliminate or mitigate the risks. This is a senior clinical leadership position for a nursing professional who combines strong people-management skills with a track record of driving quality, safety and operational performance in an acute or specialist care setting.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the nursing team, ensuring safe staffing levels, appropriate skill mix and effective rostering. <br>Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care in line with hospital policy and international nursing standards (e.g. JCI). Act as a clinical and professional role model, supporting staff development, mentorship and competency assessment. <p><b>Job Description </b>: Parsons is seeking a Deputy Project Director / Associate Director to support the Project Director in the successful delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The Deputy Project Director will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction supervision activities across the Theme Park, Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, and associated development packages.
