Ensure dark stores are perfectly organized, immaculately clean, and safe for high-speed foot traffic.<br><br> Inventory Control & Stock Management<br><br>Own the end-to-end inventory health across all three stores, ensuring 99.9% data accuracy between the physical shelves and the online app. Collaborate with the supply chain team to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) items and manage efficient inbound stock replenishment.<br><br>High-Volume People Leadership<br><br>Directly manage, motivate, and develop a workforce of ~100 personnel (including Store Leads, Pickers, Packers, and Inventory Clerks).
