We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS / ELV Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within Facility Management projects. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting system integration, testing, and handover activities. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, Facility Management experience, and is available for immediate mobilization in Doha, Qatar.<br>Responsibilities:Manage the operation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within Facility Management (FM) environments. Review and approve BMS/ELV drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications. Coordinate with FM teams, MEP contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure system integration and compliance with project specifications. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of BMS/ELV systems; prepare technical reports and handover documentation.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BMS/ELV systems, with mandatory Facility Management (FM) experience. Currently based in Doha, Qatar — must be available to mobilize immediately. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multicultural project team.

Role Description The Wellhead Maintenance Engineer / operator is a part-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of wellhead equipment. This role involves planning and executing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of wellheads and associated components in coordination with field operations teams. The engineer will diagnose mechanical and pressure-control issues, recommend corrective actions, and supervise repairs or replacements to maintain integrity and compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include reviewing maintenance records, preparing technical reports, updating asset documentation, and supporting adherence to HSSE guidelines. The role also requires close collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and client representatives to schedule interventions, optimize equipment performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance practices. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in wellhead maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of wellhead assemblies and related pressure-control equipment. Strong knowledge of oil and gas field operations, drilling and workover processes, and well integrity principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment specifications. Solid understanding of HSSE standards and ability to apply safe work practices in field environments.
