We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS / ELV Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within Facility Management projects. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting system integration, testing, and handover activities. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, Facility Management experience, and is available for immediate mobilization in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:Manage the operation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within Facility Management (FM) environments. Review and approve BMS/ELV drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications. Coordinate with FM teams, MEP contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure system integration and compliance with project specifications. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of BMS/ELV systems; prepare technical reports and handover documentation.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BMS/ELV systems, with mandatory Facility Management (FM) experience. Currently based in Doha, Qatar — must be available to mobilize immediately. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multicultural project team.
