<p>In addition, contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing program that supports company goals.</p><br><br><br>Accountabilities <br><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong><br><strong>Recruitment </strong></p><br>
<p>1. Manage and plan all identification, interviewing-technical assessment, and hiring activities to ensure the timely and quality recruitment of Engine Officers and Ratings to man the fleet.<br>2. Act as a focal point for requirements relating to Engine recruitment services and competitor benchmarking, including market intelligence and salary reviews.<br>3. Develop and maintain cost effective solutions to source Engine officers and ratings outside of established recruitment partners where required.<br>4. Work closely with Marine Personnel Operations to ensure the effective and timely handover of Engine officers to vessels.<br>5. Remain up to date with new regulations, legislation, and country specific restrictions impacting Engine crew recruitment and deployment.<br>6. Maintain, review, and update personnel systems to ensure all contract authorizations and recruitment documentation are completed accurately.<br>7. Build and maintain strong relationships with manning agencies and global skill pool managers to support Engine manpower requirements.<br>8. Analyze Engine recruitment and attrition data to forecast accurate manpower statistics and identify trends for management reporting and review.<br>9. Monitor the entire Engine recruitment pipeline, continuously reviewing, assessing, and streamlining processes, and implementing improvements where required.<br>10. Liaise with venues and administer event contracts for Engine induction courses and recruitment related activities.<br>11. Manage and maintain all contracts related to Engine recruitment activities.<br>12. Monitor Engine recruitment related expenditure, identify cost saving opportunities, and propose simplified and cost-effective recruitment solutions where applicable.<br>13. Ensure all Engine recruitment processes comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and company requirements.<br>14. Act as the focal point for the Nakilat Engine Cadet Program, including recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program support.</p><br>
<p><strong>Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE): </strong><br>15. Adhere to all relevant QHSE policies, procedures, instructions and controls so that NAKILAT provides a safe, world class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people.</p><br>
<p><strong>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: </strong><br>16. Benchmark & develop recruitment policies, processes and procedures, to avoid any legal challenges by understanding current legislation, and enforcing regulations with managers,<br>17. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process regarding success rate in search and selection and recommend modifications to policies and procedures as necessary. <br>18. Ensure full compliance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures related to sourcing, selection, and engagement of candidates for employment.</p><br>
<p><strong>Others: </strong><br>19. Monitor service providers, ensuring effective service delivery related to Engine recruitment.<br>20. Carry out any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.</p><br><br><br>Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills <br><p><strong> Qualifications:</strong><br>• Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) Regulation A-III/2 Certificate of Competency (2nd Engineer license).</p><br>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>• A minimum of 36 months sailing experience as an Engineer on board Gas or large oil tankers.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities · Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and government sectors. · Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. · Promote waste management, recycling, transportation, and environmental services. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. · Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. · Negotiate contracts and service agreements with customers. · Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. · Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within CRM systems. · Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent service delivery. · Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
