Supports with coordinating activities related to the “Proteins” module of the CAPSTONE: Advanced Laboratory course. <p>To lead <b>transformational, national-scale initiatives</b> in the financial and tax domains. You will manage <b>multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs</b> spanning digital tax systems, e-invoicing frameworks, legal harmonization, and national stakeholder engagement—ensuring alignment with strategic national goals.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Project Planning & Execution:</b> Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-year mega projects, ensuring alignment with national priorities. <h4>Job description:</h4>
<li>Coordinate daily room assignments and special cleaning tasks for housekeeping staff.</li>
<li>Monitor room status reports and update housekeeping systems accordingly.</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls and messages, dispatching requests to the housekeeping team promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and support ordering as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare daily and monthly reports for management (productivity, lost & found, room status, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist in training and supporting housekeeping associates with systems and processes.</li>
<li>Ensure guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping are followed up efficiently.</li>
<li>Liaise with Front Office and Engineering to ensure smooth communication and operations.</li>
<h4>Preferred qualifications and skills</h4>
<li>Previous experience in housekeeping, front office, or administrative support (hospitality preferred).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English; Arabic is an asset.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (Opera/Fidelio or similar).</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li>
