<p>Supports the onboarding of the CONTRACTOR in terms of implementation of the SHES Management System and facilitation of the timely review approval of the contract SHES deliverables. Ensures that suitable COMPANY oversight is provided for CONTRACTOR, Vendors and Subcontractors to implement and sustain the NFS Onshore SHES requirements. Provides support to the PMT SHES personnel to identify solutions for SHES issues in support ofline management who have overall SHES responsibility for achieving SHES objectives. Monitors the Contractor's SHES performance based on agreed performance indicators and provide strategic advice and guidance for improvement of areas of the SHES Management System that are ineffective. <p>Lead the consultant-side risk and opportunity management function across both work packages. Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve project-wide risk management systems, processes and procedures. Prepare and maintain the Risk and Opportunity Management Plan in accordance with the contract and applicable Authority requirements. More than 20 years of post-graduate professional experience, including at least 10 years of experience in a similar project or programme risk management role. Professional experience in the Middle East is required. Substantial experience working for an engineering consultant or Engineer s Representative on major roads, infrastructure and drainage construction supervision assignments. Demonstrable experience establishing and operating risk and opportunity management systems for large, multidisciplinary construction projects. Experience developing and maintaining qualitative and quantitative risk registers and assessing potential time, cost, quality and delivery impacts.
