SR. COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (INSTRUMENTATION)<br><br>Mandatory Qualification<br><br>B. <ul><li>Develop innovative architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency.</li><li>Translate client needs and project requirements into detailed technical drawings and specifications using advanced CAD software.</li><li>Lead design coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.</li><li>Conduct thorough site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and mitigate potential challenges.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.</li><li>Valid UPDA (Urban Planning and Development Authority) Engineer license is mandatory.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering programs.</li></ul>
<p>Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager and the Structural Engineering Department, you will be responsible for major engineering design activities for the Abu Dhabi Engineering Team, including:
* Identify work scope and technical requirements.
* Participate in technical clarifications and prepare discipline proposals.
* Manage interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
* Develop engineering work plans according to project requirements.
* Execute major structural engineering design activities.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to complete engineering work.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and other engineering reports.
* Ensure all engineering activities comply with the company’s QHSE requirements.
* Lead the Jacket and Topside Structural Engineering Design.</p><p>General Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 10 years of offshore engineering experience.
* Strong knowledge of international offshore structural engineering standards, including API RP-2A and ISO 19901.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
Structural Engineer Requirements
* Extensive experience in the structural engineering design of offshore oil and gas platforms.
* Proficient in SACS and AutoCAD for structural engineering design and analysis.</p>
