Job Purpose:<br>To plan, coordinate, and support safe and cost-effective well intervention activities to optimize oil and gas production and injection.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Prepare well intervention programs for slickline, coiled tubing, pumping, and other well intervention activities. Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 3 years of offshore experience. Strong knowledge of well intervention operations, including Slickline, Coiled Tubing, pumping, and well treatments. Good knowledge of well completion and workover equipment. Experience in equipment planning, mobilization, and offshore logistics. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
