Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer – MEP to support the design, installation, commissioning, and site execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and chiller plant systems across construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction projects

• Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and chiller plant systems

• UPDA/MMUP certification is mandatory

• QCDD certification is preferred

• GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in designing, reviewing, and supervising MEP mechanical systems

• Capable of overseeing HVAC installation, commissioning, and system performance optimization

• Adept at verifying load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

• Experience conducting quality inspections while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations

• Effective coordination with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel

• Strong technical problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely project delivery and site issue resolution
