We are seeking an experienced and highly professional HR Manager to lead the complete HR function within an exclusive boutique hotel or palace environment. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic HR expertise and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, VIP service culture, discretion, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the property's luxury positioning and service standards. Act as a strategic HR partner to the General Manager and Owner Representative. Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, manpower budgeting, and resource planning.
