The<br><br>Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the<br><br>management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and<br><br>require tasking via the ELP process.<br><br>The post holder will<br><br>supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering<br><br>Tasking and Repair Scheduling. Directly interfacing with the Part M engineer,<br><br>Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler.<br><br>Core Activities<br><br>Completion of activities – Ensure all ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the IMS system. Support daily activities including facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Provide effective demand management for all ML2/ML4 activities by meeting delivery targets, monitoring and reviewing performance against contractual KPI’s . Ensure any shortfalls are identified, resolved or escalated where necessary. Support the team, and compile appropriate reporting mechanisms to identify any issues, resolve or escalate as appropriate. They will also be responsible for the facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Ensure that department procedures and processes are in place and adopted to ensure safe working. Management and maintenance of effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Liaison with (and provide specialist advice and guidance to) inventory planning, procurement, engineering, finance and line/bay maintenance in order to overcome supply and demand problems, liaison also extends to service providers and partners. Mentoring the QEAF staff as they join the MOB Organisation from the Qatar Technical Institute in repair activities. Statutory / Regulatory & Legislation requirements – Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of the Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory Framework and ensure the organisation is advised of any changes; ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR/WOME. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Leasing & Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Department. This role is responsible for driving the leasing and commercial utilization of our warehouse facilities by identifying business opportunities, securing new tenants, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving occupancy, revenue, and business growth targets while supporting the company's commercial expansion.<br>Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue. Identify and engage prospective tenants, including logistics companies, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and other businesses requiring warehouse space. Job Title<br><br>Logistics Officer<br><br>Job Scope<br><br>The Logistics Officer is accountable for overseeing the inbound and outbound operations and inventory management.
