Job description

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movements, receipts, issues, and transfers in the inventory or ERP system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery notes and supporting documents.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to identify shortages or discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure materials are correctly labelled, recorded, and stored in designated warehouse locations.
  • Report damaged, missing, excess, or slow-moving stock and support corrective action.

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have at least 3-4 years of previous experience in warehouse inventory, stock control, stores administration, or logistics.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory systems, ERP software, and warehouse documentation.
  • Available to join Immediately
