Demonstrated ability to leverage technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholder groups, while taking into account challenges to the business. <p>Responsible for delivery of General Engineering Training to cadets within the BAE Systems Qatar Technical Institute in Doha, Qatar. The Instructor/Assessor will deliver a range of training modules, across the General Engineering programme or within their Mechanical/ Electrical /Armament trade boundary . The successful delivery of the modules will contribute toward the learners attainment of externally accredited qualifications. The Instructor/Assessor will assess learner performance, in accordance with the assessment strategy in force for the modules.
