???? Welcome to Your Next Adventure!

Leads the Loyalty & Partnerships function, owning the loyalty program as a product-led retention and

monetization engine while building the commercial partnership network that makes membership genuinely

valuable. Accountable for loyalty program strategy, member lifecycle and engagement KPIs, partner acquisition

pipeline, and the team that delivers all of it. This is a combined program-ownership and commercial role —

equal parts loyalty architect and partnerships operator.

???? What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Own the end-to-end loyalty program strategy — tier design, earn/burn mechanics, member segmentation, lifecycle engagement, and program economics. Define and track the program’s core KPIs: active member rate, earn/redemption ratio, retention uplift attributable to loyalty, LTV impact, and program margin. Partner with Product and Tech to shape the loyalty product roadmap — new features, tier benefits, gamification, personalization, and integration with the broader Snoonu ecosystem. Lead quarterly program reviews with leadership: what’s working, what’s not, where the program needs to evolve, and how the competitive landscape is shifting. Design and execute member engagement campaigns in collaboration with CRM and Digital Marketing — re-engagement, tier upgrade nudges, milestone rewards, and seasonal activations. Own the member value proposition: ensure Loyalty Club membership is a genuine differentiator vs. competitor programs. Own the partner acquisition target for the Loyalty Club. Measured on net-new partners signed, quality and exclusivity of offers secured, and incremental member value delivered. Run the full outreach and deal cycle for new partnerships: research, pitch, negotiate, close. This is hands-on, especially in Year 1 while the team is being built. Negotiate offer terms, exclusivity windows, co-marketing commitments, and performance metrics with commercial sharpness and pace. Build vertical penetration plans: identify which categories move the needle most on member perceived value and prioritize acquisition accordingly. Prospect into new GCC geographies where the Loyalty Club can extend its partner network. Track competitor loyalty and rewards programs across the GCC — who they are partnering with, what mechanics they are using, and what is landing with members. Feed market intelligence into Product, Marketing, and Leadership — flag whitespace opportunities and positioning gaps before they become problems. Monitor member feedback, engagement data, and NPS on Loyalty Club offers — use it to sharpen both program design and acquisition priorities. Team management & structure Leads the Loyalty & Partnerships pillar with existing direct reports. Designs the pillar’s operating model: how work flows between program management, partner acquisition, and corporate marketing. Defines ownership, handoffs, and escalation paths. Coaches and develops team members — sets objectives, runs regular 1:1s, establishes operating rhythm, and holds the team to commercial and program outcomes. Sets team standards for CRM hygiene, reporting cadence, partner management, and cross-functional collaboration. Defines role clarity and career paths within the function. Any headcount or structural change follows standard org governance and approval processes. Stakeholder management Internal stakeholders: Director of Growth & Performance (strategic alignment and reporting), Head of CRM (lifecycle coordination and member data), Performance Marketing (acquisition-to-loyalty handoff), Senior Manager of Marketing Efficiency (analytics, attribution, and martech), Product & Tech (loyalty product roadmap), Brand & Marcom (co-marketing and brand partnerships), Legal and Finance (contract review, commercial terms, program economics). External stakeholders: Brand and merchant partners (restaurants, hotels, retail, wellness, entertainment, services), loyalty program platform and technology partners, GCC market partners for geographic expansion.

????♂️ The Magic You Bring

6+ years of progressive experience spanning loyalty program management, partnerships/BD, or commercial strategy — with at least 2 years at a senior or lead level. Direct experience owning or co-owning a loyalty, membership, or rewards program — understanding of tier design, earn/burn economics, engagement levers, and what makes a program retain users vs. just exist. Proven track record in B2B partner acquisition: net-new deals closed from cold, not account management on inherited books. Experience leading a team of 3–6 people — hiring, coaching, setting objectives, and managing performance. Full sales cycle ownership — discovery, proposals, negotiated terms, and closed deals. Not just meeting- setting for someone else to close. CRM discipline: Salesforce, Hub Spot, or equivalent. Pipeline is a live document; team CRM hygiene is a management responsibility. Hands-on experience running multi-channel outbound: Linked In Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Hub Spot Sequences, or equivalent), cold calling, and in-person visits. Strong written and verbal English. Arabic fluency is a significant advantage for Qatar and GCC market access.

Inside Snoonu’s Universe

Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place. ???? Welcome to Your Next Adventure!

Snoonu is looking for a Head of Revenue Recognition to own end-to-end revenue recognition and settlement accounting across our multi-country footprint (Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman). This role sits at the heart of Finance — ensuring that complex, multi-rail transaction flows (cash, card, wallet, BNPL, and POS) are recognized, reconciled, and reported in line with IFRS 15 and Snoonu's accounting policies. You will lead a team of finance professionals responsible for daily and monthly reconciliations, partner settlement operations, and cash-flow forecasting, while setting the accounting policy, controls, and governance framework that keep revenue recognition accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. This is a senior leadership role that combines strong technical accounting judgment with the ability to coach a team, present decision-ready reports to Finance leadership, and act as the trusted point of contact for merchants, banks, and auditors.

???? What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Own Revenue Recognition & Settlement Operations: Lead end-to-end fund-flow, reconciliation, and revenue-recognition reporting across Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman, ensuring revenue, fees, and merchant liabilities are recognized in accordance with IFRS 15 and managing a team responsible for accurate and timely settlement outcomes. Set Revenue Recognition Policy & Accounting Treatment: Define and maintain the accounting policy and liability mapping that determine how multi-rail transactions (cash, card, wallet, BNPL, POS) are translated into revenue, fees, and merchant liabilities, ensuring consistent application of IFRS 15 across all entities. Translate Business Requirements into Accounting Logic: Partner with Finance Systems and business stakeholders to turn new business and product requirements into documented, well-controlled accounting treatments, reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet processes. Design Controls & Exception Handling: Establish validation controls, exception-management processes, and dispute-resolution workflows (e.g., IBAN validation, eligibility checks) that reduce manual intervention and strengthen the integrity of settlement and revenue data. Govern Recurring Revenue Adjustments: Oversee the calculation, validation, and posting of recurring revenue-impacting items — delivery promotions, canceled-order wallet/bank adjustments, and delivered-order refunds and coverage mapping — across AMS and Odoo ERP. Lead Cash-Flow Forecasting & Payment Prioritization: Link collections, payouts, and merchant liabilities to provide Finance leadership with a decision-ready, working-capital view and a prioritized merchant payment plan. Drive System Migrations & Reconciliation: Lead ERP and platform migrations (e.g., AMS-to-Big Query-to-Odoo), including reconciliation of balances, resolution of exceptions, and stabilization of new finance workflows. Assess Financial Impact of Product & Marketplace Changes: Partner with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate the accounting and revenue impact of new initiatives (e.g., segmented offers, marketplace orders, multi-cart, loyalty programs) and design the resulting accounting treatment. Build Reporting & Dashboards: Oversee reporting and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) that give the business real-time visibility into settlement status, reconciliation progress, and revenue-recognition KPIs. Act as Finance Point of Contact: Resolve queries from Accounts Managers, merchants, auditors, banks, and payment partners, and support internal and external audit walkthroughs with accurate, well-documented data. Lead & Develop the Team: Manage workload balancing, coaching, performance follow-up, and hiring input for the Partner Settlement and Revenue Recognition team. Drive Process & Control Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue-recognition and settlement processes and strengthen financial controls, building team capability so the function works faster and with greater accuracy.

????♂️ The Magic You Bring

Qualified Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is required. Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in revenue recognition, financial reporting, or partner settlement, including demonstrated experience leading and developing a team; e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace experience is a strong plus. IFRS 15 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and proven ability to apply it to complex, multi-rail transaction flows (cash, card, wallet, BNPL, POS), including judgment calls on recognition timing and merchant-liability treatment. Technical Accounting Judgment: Strong command of financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks, with the ability to design accounting treatments for new business scenarios and defend them to auditors and stakeholders. Leadership: Proven track record leading and developing a finance team — coaching, balancing workload, managing performance, and building team capability. Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator able to act as the primary finance liaison across Product, Commercial, Operations, and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and payment partners. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work through complex, high-volume financial data, identify root causes, and make well-supported accounting and business recommendations. Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to review and present decision-ready reporting. Attention to Detail & Compliance: Meticulous approach to accuracy, with the judgment to escalate issues appropriately and uphold compliance with local regulations, IFRS, and Snoonu's internal policies. Adaptability: Comfortable operating across multiple legal entities and countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Inside Snoonu’s Universe

Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
