Intuitive Four Seasons service sets the new standard for luxury beachfront living in Doha.<br><br><p>Four Seasons Residences at the Pearl Qatar is seeking a Director of Residences to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of their residential business. Four Seasons Residences the Pearl Qatar is located <span>on Doha's iconic Pearl Island having spacious</span><span> apartments and residences feature full kitchens and stunning views of the city or sea. The private residence units are located on floors 2-6, in addition to the four duplex penthouse units at the top of the building. The property offers a variety of units sizes ranging from studios to duplex. Penthouses, most with private balconies and in-unit domestic helper quarters. </span></p><br><br><p>As one of the leaders in branded residences since 1982, Four Seasons currently operate 55 residential properties around the world and 80% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.</p><br><br><br><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><br><br><p>The Director of Residences drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies. They will be required to manage the luxury private residences, fractional ownership units, etc. with specific focus on the following attributes – Property Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, HOA Management, Service & Lifestyle and People and Rental.</p><br><br><p>Monitor the development and implementation of Residential brand strategies and supports the team in delivering flawless execution. The Director of Residences will own the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements. Acts as the liaison between the Hotel/Resort, the Developer, and the Homeowner and fosters positive relationships between all parties.</p><br><br><br><p><b><span>TASKS</span> </b></p><br><br><br><p><b><span>Property Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Establish and execute an annual residential operations plan</span></li><li><span>· Establish and execute risk management, preventive maintenance and ongoing regular maintenance plans for the development · </span></li><li><span>Respond appropriately in the event of any residential emergency or safety situation complying with local codes and ordinance ensuring homeowner and team safety · </span></li><li><span>Ensure all relevant Four Seasons residential policies and procedures are developed, implemented and actioned · </span></li><li><span>Direct and supervise all key management in carrying out their operating responsibilities, coordinating efforts and establishing priorities where necessary · </span></li><li><span>Manage all purchasing, procurement and third-party contracts on behalf of the residential entity</span></li></ul><br><p><b><span>Financial Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Monitor and review the monthly profit and loss statement of each entity, analyze the results and take action when necessary ·</span></li><li><span>Lead residential budgeting process and annual meetings in accordance with the entities bi-laws · </span></li><li><span>Control expenses based on HOA budget · </span></li><li><span>Control all capital and reserve fund expenditures and ensure the proper guidelines are adhered to and projects are completed on a timely basis · </span></li><li><span>Comprehend and present allocation methods, budget process and financial reports, with the assistance of the Director of Finance ·</span></li><li><span>Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing owner satisfaction, revenue and reducing costs</span></li></ul><br><p><b><span>Asset Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Conduct regular inspections of exclusive and common area residential spaces, make recommendations for improvements, address deficiencies · </span></li><li><span>Prepare and execute capital expenditure plan/reserve study plan · Actively participate in all appropriate committees such as energy conservation program, safety committees, recycling programs etc. · </span></li><li><span>Ensure the residential facilities are well maintained with respect to Housekeeping and Engineering · </span></li><li><span>Oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs such as “Perfect Residences and/or Villa” initiatives, with the Directors of Housekeeping and the Director Engineering’s assistance · </span></li><li><span>Manage all purchasing, procurement and third-party contracts on behalf of the Residential entity.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>HOA Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Manage and conduct meetings with the HOA/Board of Directors, lead HOA budgeting and annual meetings · </span></li><li><span>Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental deliverables and items to be actioned as per the governing documents (bi-laws, declaration, rules and regulations etc.). · </span></li><li><span>Demonstrate an understanding of all legal agreements pertaining to the operation of the residential entities </span></li><li><span>Discuss and explain all rules and regulations for Private Residences, Condos, and Residence Club etc. to homeowners · </span></li><li><span>Educate owners regarding their entitlements as it relates to their specific ownership</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Residential Services & Lifestyle</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Convey clear instructions, leadership and guidance to the residential team with the intent to achieve homeowner’s satisfaction at the highest level ·</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain solid working relationships with the developer, Hotel/Resort personnel and the residential owners through friendly, courteous and professional demeanors · </span></li><li><span>Develop and enforce residential service and product quality standards </span></li><li><span>Personally meet and interact with owners, review all written owner comments and follow up on any owner service issues or needs</span></li></ul><p><b><span>People Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Represent the interests of the residents, and residential employees in a fair, impartial and equitable manner · </span></li><li><span>Implement and develop training programs in all departments to produce in-depth qualified personnel, to ensure continuity of management, and prepare for vacancies and/or transfer requirements · Complete performance reviews for all residential personnel including management, according to established performance standards · </span></li><li><span>Educate property team on residential updates, priorities and programs </span></li><li><span>Mentor, lead and develop talent within property; Role Purpose<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>The Service Desk & IT Support Delivery Unit (SDU) Leader is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, operational performance, and commercial health of the Managed Service Desk Delivery Unit within the IT Managed Services Business Unit. The role owns three interlocked service lines — IT Support (onsite/remote end-user services), Service Desk (24x7 single point of contact), and L1 Application Functional Support — delivered to enterprise and government clients under SLA / XLA-driven managed services contracts.<br><br>Operating within an ITIL v4-aligned Service Value System, the SDU Leader ensures consistent service quality, customer experience, financial performance, and continuous improvement, while building a high-performing, ITIL-mature delivery organization.<br><br>Mandatory Selection Criteria<br><br>Service Desk & IT Support Management Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manager-level role leading Service Desk (SD) and IT Support operations. Managed Services / Service Provider Background: Prior employment with a managed services provider delivering Service Desk and IT Support under SLA-driven contracts (non-negotiable). ITIL v4 Certification: Valid ITIL v4 Foundation certification (minimum). ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Specialist modules preferred. Maintain mature, auditable processes for Incident, Request, Problem, Change Enablement, Knowledge, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI). Ensure SOPs, runbooks, escalation matrices, and knowledge articles are documented, reviewed, and continuously updated. Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, customer governance audits) and ensure timely closure of findings.<br><br>3. Service Desk Operations<br><br>Lead 24x7 Service Desk operations as the single point of contact for end-users across multiple client accounts. Govern full ticket lifecycle management within ITSM tools — logging, classification, prioritization, routing, resolution, and closure. Drive First Call Resolution (FCR), reduce re-opened tickets, and increase self-service adoption. Implement workforce management practices including shift rostering, queue management, schedule adherence, and surge planning.<br><br>4. IT Support / End-User Services<br><br>Lead L1 and L2 onsite and remote IT support teams across customer environments. Oversee endpoint lifecycle management including imaging, deployment, patching, hardening, and decommissioning using tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. Govern Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID user provisioning, access management, and joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes. Ensure VIP and executive support services meet white-glove service standards. Oversee Microsoft 365 operations (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, One Drive) at L1/L2 level.<br><br>5. L1 Application Functional Support<br><br>Lead L1 Application Functional Support teams covering government applications, e-services portals, ERP systems, case management, and business applications. Ensure structured functional triage, business rule validation, and escalation to L2/L3 application teams. Drive documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to ensure operational readiness across functional modules.<br><br>6. SLA / XLA / KPI Governance & Reporting<br><br>Own SLA, OLA, and XLA performance across all service lines, ensuring ≥ 98% SLA compliance baseline. Govern operational KPIs including CSAT, FCR, MTTR, abandon rate, and others with executive-level reporting. Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership and customer governance forums. Lead monthly and quarterly service review meetings (MSR/QBR) with customers.<br><br>7. Customer & Stakeholder Management<br><br>Act as senior delivery interface for customer stakeholders, PMO, and business owners. Build trust through proactive communication, risk management, and delivery consistency. Manage expectations, scope changes, and contractual discussions in coordination with Account Management and Legal teams. Identify and drive opportunities for service expansion, automation, and value-added services.<br><br>8. Financial & Commercial Management<br><br>Own Delivery Unit P&L including revenue assurance, cost control, utilization, and forecasting. Manage resource costs, overtime, subcontracting, licensing, and tooling within approved budgets. Conduct monthly financial performance reviews and ensure alignment with contracted revenue. Ensure billing accuracy through validation of deliverables and consumption tracking.<br><br>9. Pre-Sales, RFP & Solutioning Support<br><br>Support pre-sales and sales teams in RFPs, tenders, and solution development. Develop proposals including SoW, staffing models, transition plans, RACI matrices, and pricing inputs. Participate in customer presentations, due diligence, and bid defense sessions.<br><br>10. Transition, Onboarding & Transformation<br><br>Lead end-to-end service transitions including due diligence, knowledge transfer, shadowing, reverse shadowing, and hypercare. Define onboarding plans, milestones, exit criteria, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive transformation initiatives including automation, AI-enabled Service Desk, self-service, and shift-left strategies.<br><br>11. AI, Automation & Continual Service Improvement (CSI)<br><br>Drive adoption of AI-enabled Service Desk capabilities including intelligent triage, virtual agents, and AI-assisted resolution. Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, workflow automation, and self-healing scripts. Maintain CSI register and deliver measurable improvement initiatives with defined business impact. Ensure governed and practical use of AI with measurable outcomes and human oversight.<br><br>12. People Leadership & Capability Development<br><br>Lead and develop a multi-tier team including Team Leads, Shift Leaders, Engineers, and Functional Analysts. Define career development paths, training plans, and certification roadmaps. Drive performance management, coaching, feedback, and recognition programs. Compliance, Risk & Security<br><br>Ensure compliance with information security policies, data protection regulations, and contractual obligations. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards applicable to managed services delivery.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE<br><br>Minimum 10 years of total IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Service Desk & IT Support Manager. Mandatory prior experience with a Service Provider / Managed Services Provider, delivering Service Desk and IT Support under SLA-based contracts for enterprise or government clients. Proven leadership of multi-tier (L1/L2), multi-location teams of 40+ resources across multiple customer accounts. Demonstrated experience managing 24x7 operations with measurable SLA / XLA performance outcomes. Hands-on experience in customer onboarding, service transition, and steady-state operations. Strong track record of contributing to RFPs, RFQs, SoWs, technical proposals, and pre-sales solutioning. Experience working in ITIL v4-aligned environments with mature ITSM governance practices. Exposure to Qatar / GCC enterprise or government accounts is a strong advantage.<br><br>TECHNICAL SKILLS1. نبذة عن المعهد<br><br>تأسس معهد الدوحة للدراسات العليا في قطر في عام 2015 كمؤسسة مستقلة للدراسات العليا، ومقره الدوحة. يقدّم المعهد برامج الماجستير والدكتوراه في كليتين: كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، وكلية الاقتصاد والإدارة والسياسات العامة، معتمدًا اللغة العربية كلغة أساس للدراسة والبحث، مع اشتراط اتقان الإنجليزية. يعمل المعهد على تأهيل باحثين قادرين على الإسهام في إنتاج المعرفة وفق المعايير العالميّة، ومهنيين متمكّنين في المهارات المتقدمة في تخصصاتهم، وقياديين قادرين على الاستجابة لحاجات العالم العربي في التنمية المستدامة، والنهوض الفكري والاجتماعي. يتبنى المعهد تكامل التعليم والتعلّم مع البحث العلمي، مع مراعاة تكامل التخصصات ومحورية الطلاب في العملية التعليمية، ويوفر لمنتسبيه الحرية الأكاديمية، مع التأكيد على قيم النزاهة والمهنية.<br><br>نبذة عن البرنامج<br><br>أطلق معهد الدوحة للدراسات العليا برنامج الماجستير في حقوق الإنسان عام 2020 كبرنامج دراسي من عامين، تعتمد الدراسة فيه على المزج والتكامل بين القانون ومختلف فروع العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية. يهدف البرنامج إلى تكريـس تكوين عالـي الجـودة فـي المجـال المعرفـي المتعلـق بحقـوق الإنسان، والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وتكوين خبرات وكوادر عربية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وتمكـين الخريجين مـن المهـارات التحليليـة اللازمة للانخراط فـي البحـوث، والإسهام فـي النقاشـات المعرفيـة المتعلقـة بالمجـال الحقوقـي. يهدف البرنامج أيضاً إلى وضـع سـياق لحقـوق الإنسان، تاريخيـا وسياسـيا، مـن أجـل التصـدي للتحديـات التـي تواجههـا المنطقـة العربية لاسيما بلـدان الخليـج فـي المجـال الحقوقـي، والعمـل علـى وضـع نظريـات نقديـة وتفسـيرات وسياسـات مناسـبة.<br><br>موجز عن الشاغر الوظيفي/ الغرض من الوظيفة<br><br>يهدف معهد الدوحة للدراسات العليا إلى تعيين عضو هيئة تدريس بدوام كامل في برنامج ماجستير حقوق الإنسان، برتبة أستاذ مساعد أو أستاذ مشارك أو أستاذ، على أن يبدأ التعاقد في أغسطس 2027<br><br>يشترط في المرشح أن يمتلك تخصصًا أكاديميًا راسخًا في مجال حقوق الإنسان، مع إلمامٍ عميق بالسياق الحقوقي في المنطقة العربية، بما يشمل معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة القانونية، وأوضاع حقوق الإنسان، والتحديات السياسية والاجتماعية التي تواجهها المنطقة.<br><br>ويتوقع من المرشح/ة تدريس مقررات على مستوى الدراسات العليا، وبخاصة في القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الجنائي الدولي، مع امتلاك خبرة في إعداد المناهج الدراسية وتصميم المقررات والمحاضرات. كما يُنتظر منه/ا الإسهام في الإشراف الأكاديمي على رسائل الماجستير، والمشاركة في تطوير البيئة الأكاديمية والبحثية للبرنامج.<br><br>المهام الرئيسية<br><br>تدريس مقررات على مستوى الدراسات العليا.الإشراف على طلاب الماجستير والدكتوراه في البرنامج والمشاركة الكاملة في الحياة الأكاديمية لمعهد الدوحة للدراسات العليا.نشر الأبحاث في حقول الاختصاص والمجالات المتصلة في الدوريات المحكمة الرائدة في المجال و/ أو دور نشر أكاديمية مرموقة.الاضطلاع بمهام إدارية وخدمة البرنامج والكلية والمعهد والمجتمعالمشاركة في لجان البرنامج والكلية والمعهد.<br><br>المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات:<br><br>على المتقدمين/ات أن يكونوا<br><br>حاصلين على شهادة الدكتوراه في تخصص حقوق الإنسان، القانون أو العلوم السياسيةذوي سجل بحث ونشر علمي في ميادين الاختصاص والمجالات المتصلة في مجلات محكمة عالميًا تتناسب مع رتبتهم العلمية.ذوي كفاءة وخبرة في التدريس الجامعي لمرحلة الدراسات العليا.متقنين للغة العربية.قادرين على جذب الدعم الخارجي والتمويل البحثي.مستعدين للمشاركة في البحوث التشاركية متعددة التخصصات مع أعضاء آخرين في البرنامج و/أو المعهد.قادرين على بناء سمعة دولية في مجالات البحث المتخصصة.<br><br>المتطلبات:<br><br>سيرة ذاتية مفصلة.نسخة من شهادة الدكتوراه.خطاب يشرح الحافز على التقدم للشاغر الوظيفي.خطاب يشرح فلسفة التعليم والإشراف.<br><br>مرفقات تثبت الخبرة التدريسية (مثل وصف المقررات وتقييم الطلاب للمقرر) إذا كان المرشح يشغل وظيفة تدريس.<br><br>نسخ من الأبحاث المنشورة أو الأبحاث قيد الإعداد.خطاب يشرح الإنجازات البحثية للمتقدم أو المتقدمة و/ أو المخطط البحثي الحالي.أسماء ومعلومات التواصل لثلاثة معرفين لتوفير خطابات مرجعية وتوصيات.قد يتم طلب مواد إضافية في مرحلة لاحقة.<br><br>متطلبات إضافية (تضاف للقائمة أعلاه)<br><br>يُفضل أن يكون لدى المرشح/ة خبرة عملية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، من خلال العمل مع منظمات حقوقية أو المشاركة في أنشطة التوثيق والرصد والمناصرة أو التقاضي في قضايا حقوق الإنسان. كما يُفضل أن ت/يمتلك خبرة في مناهج البحث الكمي، بما في ذلك تصميم الدراسات الكمية، وإعداد أدوات البحث والاستبيانات، وجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام البرامج الإحصائية المتخصصة.<br><br>ملاحظات إضافية:<br><br>يلتزم المعهد بتوفير فرص متساوية في التوظيف.<br><br>يشجع المعهد الباحثات الإناث على التقدم لشغل الوظائف.سيتم مراجعة طلبات التقديم والنظر فيها فور استلامها إلى حين ملء الشواغر المتاحة. يُرجى إرفاق جميع الوثائق المطلوبة للتقديم عبر صفحة الوظائف على موقع المعهد. ولمزيد من المعلومات والتفاصيل عن معهد الدوحة للدراسات العليا، يُرجى زيارة الموقع www.dohainstitute.edu.qa.<br><br>يُرجى التواصل مع د. آية راندال على ayah.randall@dohainstitute.edu.qa<br><br>في حال وجود أي تساؤلات أخرى عن الشاغر الوظيفي.<br><br>سيتم التواصل مع مرشحي القائمة القصيرة فقط<br><br>آجال التقديم:<br><br>يغلق في نهاية يوم العمل بتاريخ 01-Nov-26

Welcome to Your Next Adventure!<br><br>The People Operations Specialist – Employee Settlements & Compliance is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant employee financial lifecycle operations across the organization. The role owns the preparation of final settlement calculations, End of Service Benefits (EOSB), statutory social insurance calculations and related employee financial processes for both corporate and frontline employees.<br><br>The role supports a high-volume operational workforce across Marketplace, Grocery and Snoomart, while also managing more complex cases for corporate employees, executives and GCC nationals. Through operational excellence and continuous process improvement, the role contributes to a positive employee experience, mitigates compliance risks and enables faster employee lifecycle execution.<br><br>???? What You’ll Get Your Hands On<br><br>Employee Final Settlements<br><br>Prepare accurate and timely final settlement calculations for employees leaving the organization, including End of Service Benefits (EOSB), leave encashment, notice pay, deductions and other applicable payments. Ensure all settlement calculations comply with local labor laws, company policies and contractual obligations.<br><br>Social Security & Statutory Contributions<br><br>Calculate statutory social insurance contributions for applicable employee populations. Manage calculations related to GCC nationals under the GCC Insurance Protection Extension framework and other applicable statutory schemes. Monitor legislative updates and ensure calculations remain compliant with statutory requirements.<br><br>Operational Workforce Administration<br><br>Manage high-volume settlement calculations for frontline employees across Marketplace, Grocery and Snoomart operations, including pickers, shoppers, dispatchers and other operational roles.<br><br>Corporate Employee Administration<br><br>Process settlement calculations for corporate employees, including more complex compensation structures, international employees and executive populations. Review unique contractual arrangements and ensure calculations accurately reflect applicable terms and benefits.<br><br>Compliance & Process Governance.<br><br> Maintain accurate employee records and calculation documentation for audit purposes. Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.<br><br>Stakeholder Collaboration<br><br> Partner closely with Finance to ensure seamless coordination between settlement calculations and payroll execution. Work with Employee Relations and People Partners to support employee exits, disciplinary cases and settlement-related inquiries. Coordinate with PROs on immigration or employment status changes impacting settlements or statutory obligations. Provide guidance to employees and internal stakeholders regarding settlement calculations and statutory contributions.<br><br>????♂️ The Magic You Bring<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Administration, Payroll Experience preparing employee final settlements and End of Service Benefit calculations within GCC countries. Strong knowledge of GCC labor legislation and statutory employment requirements. Experience managing social insurance calculations, including GCC Insurance Protection Extension schemes, is preferred.<br><br>✨ Bonus Points If You Have<br><br>Experience supporting high-volume operational workforces is highly desirable.
