A Snapshot of Your Day<br><br>You will be part of the SE FIN GT GS ME UG team where you will drive commercial project management in all aspects. This would include being responsible for the projects commercial/financial related matters, including but not limited to handling accounting, legal, tax and Export Compliance and Control (ECC) topics. You would ensure compliance with applicable regulations during the project execution phase. The CPM would support the respective Project Manager(s) in other areas with the objective of executing the project in accordance with defined Project Excellence guidelines/standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). Professional collaboration between the CPM and the Project Manager is key for the overall project success.<br><br>How You’ll Make An Impact<br><br>Drives own empowerment with adequate signature authorization and project target agreement to manage the project as commercial project entrepreneur – primary projects to be worked on are categorized as CSupport Project Managers with the objective of executing the project within the defined targets (costs, time, quality) and to customer satisfaction. Coordinate/collaborate with all internal and external contacts/stakeholders (incl. customers, internal departments, HUB). Ensures accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project financials, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g., SAPManage/control all financial KPIs as per budget/forecast including orders, revenue, costs, profit, receivables, inventory, payables, cash-flows, as per Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines. Manage project receivables/collections, regular customer visits, payments to internal/external suppliers, bank guarantees, Letter of credits as per SE guidelines and signature mandate. Support in monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and financial reporting topics of department. Directs the compliance with standards, rules and regulations of (commercial) project members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity. Support PM to prepare for project Review/business review meetings with the local and HUB management Ensure accuracy of books and records in Spiridon and other tools/applications including updating of the financials in reporting tools e.g Project Dash, PM Impact, NCC Reporting etc. Contract & Claim / Risk & Opportunity Management (towards Customers, suppliers & other Internal/external Parties). Manage project throughout the project Life Cycle (execution and warranty phases). Manage Project finances as per contractual development/risk situation. <br></span><p>The Senior QHSE Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of developing, improving, and maintaining relevant Quality, HSE, and Food Safety Management systems and other operating standards across the Cluster Business Units. The role establishes and implements the strategic direction, Policies, procedures guidelines, and work priorities (in conjunction with Heads of Business Units) for the continuous improvement of Quality, HSE, and Food Safety management programs and systems. This role oversees the management systems certification against international standards for existing and new certifications according to the Business Unit requirements and evaluates existing practices, processes, and procedures based on standards and identification of existing gaps.</p><br>

Job Purpose Summary: <br> <p>-The incumbent will: </p><br><p>-Implement the vision of group operation for quality assurance standards and monitor activities of international branches to ensure that proper control is followed in all international branches compliance. </p><br><p>-Control and monitor the ongoing international branch projects and ensure that these are adhering to the strategic project plan. </p><br><p>-Review and approve all enhancement of process / system quality certifications. </p><br><p>-Conduct development and re-engineering studies on identified processes, products or services for international branches. </p><br><p>-Manage test plans and scripts standards are properly adhered to by the project team for international branch implementation. </p><br><p>-Ensure that proper change control management is followed by the international branches for any change requests on the project.</p><br> <br> <br><br> Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions: <br> <p><strong><span>A. Shareholder & Financial:</span></strong></p><br><p><span>-Support and assist the EVP Group International Operations Affairs to document the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes, pertaining to the services/ activities performed by the Department and maintain records of their achievements on periodic basis. </span></p><br><p><span>-Support in preparing the department’s annual budget and continuously monitoring the department’s conformity to it. </span></p><br><p><span>-Supervise and control the re-engineering process and development of the related workflows to improve existing process to create cost savings and efficiencies. </span></p><br><p><span>-Implements KPI’s and best practices for Senior Manager, International Quality Control </span></p><br><p><span>-Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent. </span></p><br><p><strong><span>B.
