Castamo is looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Sales & Business Development Executive who can actively generate new business, build professional relationships and bring qualified clients to our showroom. This is a hands-on sales position. It is not a showroom desk job, a design-only position or a management title without fieldwork. Main Responsibilities Morning Shift – Business Development & Field Sales Identify and contact potential companies and project clients. Conduct regular field visits to contractors, interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, hotels, restaurants and procurement departments. Introduce Castamo’s furniture, custom manufacturing, interior design and fit-out services. Build relationships with decision-makers and identify upcoming projects. Arrange qualified client meetings and showroom visits. Generate new project opportunities through calls, visits, networking and professional follow-up. Evening Shift – Showroom Sales & Planning Welcome and assist the clients invited to the showroom. Understand their project requirements and coordinate with the design team for moodboards, selections, BOQs and quotations. Follow up on existing leads and proposals until a clear decision is received. Prepare and organize prospect lists, company databases and follow-up schedules. Update the CRM with every call, visit, meeting and opportunity. Prepare the call and visit plan for the following working day.
