The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults and performing maintenance and repair work in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Diagnose suspension and steering system faults using modern diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Perform wheel alignment services and adjust wheel alignment angles to manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Inspect, repair, and replace steering and suspension system components, including control arms, shock absorbers, air suspension components (where applicable), ball joints, tie rod ends, steering racks/gearboxes, suspension arms, bushings, and related components.</li><li>Inspect wheel bearings, hubs, and other suspension components, replacing damaged parts as required.</li><li>Check tire condition and air pressure and assess their impact on vehicle alignment and handling.</li><li>Conduct road tests before and after repairs to ensure the quality of work performed.</li><li>Operate wheel alignment machines and diagnostic equipment efficiently.</li><li>Prepare reports detailing diagnosed faults, completed repairs, and required spare parts.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or an equivalent qualification. The role supports both workshop and field operations by performing and supervising equipment dismantling, inspection, measurement, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning activities. The Senior Technician is responsible for diagnosing equipment faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all work is executed in accordance with OEM recommendations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and customers, the Senior Technician provides technical guidance to junior personnel, supports troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and contributes to the successful delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality service solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Perform and lead workshop and site maintenance activities for rotating equipment, primarily centrifugal pumps, including dismantling, inspection, measurement, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning. The role ensures HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
