The Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and require tasking via the ELP process.<br><br>The post holder will supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering Tasking and Repair Scheduling. Directly interfacing with the Part M engineer, Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler.<br><br>Core Activities<br><br>Completion of activities – Ensure all ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the IMS system. Support daily activities including facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Provide effective demand management for all ML2/ML4 activities by meeting delivery targets, monitoring and reviewing performance against contractual KPI’s . Ensure any shortfalls are identified, resolved or escalated where necessary. Support the team, and compile appropriate reporting mechanisms to identify any issues, resolve or escalate as appropriate. They will also be responsible for the facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Ensure that department procedures and processes are in place and adopted to ensure safe working. Management and maintenance of effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Interface with the Store’s supervisor and controller, Part M engineer, Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler. Hold regular Repair Reviews to ensure that items are delivered back to the internal customers in line with these requirements. The post holder will be required to use performance data and metrication to highlight successes and potential issues to senior management. Ensure both internal and external customers receive the level of service expected of business KPIs; specifically the QEAF Typhoon Fleet receives what they need on time and to the highest quality. Support the analysis and interpretation of Supply Chain data to identify repetitive problems and inform appropriate stakeholders. Where appropriate, support the implementation of any corrective action.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Performance Indicators – Provide effective asset management by meeting business objectives and delivering targets, monitoring progress to ensure trends are identified and enacted upon to reduce impact on continuing airworthiness or contractual KPIs. Immediately advised the bank’s Legal personnel of such Retail NPL<br><br>accounts and provide them with relevant legal documentation related to the exposure as early as possible so that<br><br>timely action can be initiated to avoid further deterioration of the account and or initiate early recovery of the<br><br>overdue amounts including conducting thorough legal documentation review and security / collateral confirmation<br><br>and re-valuation to assess the current legal and collateral position of the bank to formulate the appropriate<br><br>remedial, re-structuring / and collection strategy for such account with the best interests of the bank in mind and or<br><br>to assist in building up bank’s case against the customer.<br><br>Determine updated collateral [real estate and movable assets] values and mark to market values of securities<br><br>pledged – if any, and assess the liquidity of such collateral to estimate recovery potential upon liquidation scenario<br><br>execution.<br><br>Recommend, in coordination with Retail Collection Unit, engagement of competent and reputable external debt<br><br>collectors to augment retail collection efforts, especially for overseas defaulters overseas, and manage the<br><br>relationship by ensuring the existence of a process whereby timely and updated information regarding defaulting /<br><br>absconding customers is provided to them to help the agencies in their efforts to track such customers; and in turn<br><br>periodic collection status reports are given to the Department to update us on developments. The Retail NPL Portfolio will include but not limited to over-due personal loans and advances, late credit cards payments and defaulted vehicle loans and mortgage loans. The Retail Division Collection Unit will report on a dotted line basis to the SVP, Retail Recovery Control. Immediately advised the bank’s Legal personnel of such Retail NPL<br><br>accounts and provide them with relevant legal documentation related to the exposure as early as possible so that<br><br>timely action can be initiated to avoid further deterioration of the account and or initiate early recovery of the<br><br>overdue amounts including conducting thorough legal documentation review and security / collateral confirmation<br><br>and re-valuation to assess the current legal and collateral position of the bank to formulate the appropriate<br><br>remedial, re-structuring / and collection strategy for such account with the best interests of the bank in mind and or<br><br>to assist in building up bank’s case against the customer.<br><br>Determine updated collateral [real estate and movable assets] values and mark to market values of securities<br><br>pledged – if any, and assess the liquidity of such collateral to estimate recovery potential upon liquidation scenario<br><br>execution.<br><br>Recommend, in coordination with Retail Collection Unit, engagement of competent and reputable external debt<br><br>collectors to augment retail collection efforts, especially for overseas defaulters overseas, and manage the<br><br>relationship by ensuring the existence of a process whereby timely and updated information regarding defaulting /<br><br>absconding customers is provided to them to help the agencies in their efforts to track such customers; and in turn<br><br>periodic collection status reports are given to the Department to update us on developments. Responsible for<br><br>recommending termination of low performing debt collectors.<br><br>Initiate and recommend, in coordination with Retail Collection Unit and QNB Legal Counsel, the engagement of<br><br>competent external legal counsel, and or referral / filing of case against the erring customer with the Police<br><br>authorities if deemed necessary and appropriate, particularly for large and complicated delinquent exposures and<br><br>difficult / non-cooperative clients.<br><br>Prepare and release Legal Notices when cases are filed, and cancel such Notices when cases are settled.<br><br>Closely follow up and monitor Retail NPL cases referred to external collection agents, external legal counsel,<br><br>police authorities and or legal [civil/ criminal] courts and provide regular periodic reports summarizing status and<br><br>developments of such cases.<br><br>Execute on timely basis the required actions related to the management, control, monitoring, maintenance and<br><br>reporting of Retail NPL portfolio including but not limited to: formulation / negotiation and finalization of re<br><br>structuring / re-scheduling agreement with customers – including tenor extensions; reversal of accrued interests;<br><br>interest rate reductions; re-activation of credit cards; determination and booking of Loan Loss Provisions, in<br><br>accordance with the delegated authorities granted by the Group Credit Committee, the Bank’s policies and<br><br>procedures and the QCB requirements.<br><br>Manage the public auctions process and ensure the independence over the selection and evaluation of bids.<br><br>Properly record loan loss provisions in accordance with appropriate Senior Management approval and QCB<br><br>requirements.<br><br>In coordination with the Retail Collection Unit, ensure the preparation of timely and accurate information<br><br>concerning the bank’s delinquent Retail accounts portfolio and collection and control status reports for the SVP,<br><br>Retail Recovery Control, Group Chief Risk Officer and concerned Senior Management, the internal and external<br><br>auditors, and Group’s Compliance and Legal functions, relevant regulators, as and when required. This role is ideally suited to someone with a genuine love of fine jewelry, a natural gift for building long-term client relationships, and the ambition to thrive within a prestigious and growing luxury House. The Senior Sales Advisor will be expected to bring an existing client network, demonstrate consistent sales leadership on the floor, and act as a standard-setter for junior team members.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Sales Performance Drive individual sales performance consistently in line with personal KPIs and boutique targets. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new client acquisition, repeat business, and portfolio development. Assist in clienteling initiatives and boutique events, contributing to a vibrant and commercially active boutique environment.<br>Client Relationship Management Build and maintain a personal VVIP client portfolio, delivering a highly personalized, anticipatory level of service at all times. Maintain detailed and accurate client records including purchase history, preferences, significant milestones, and follow-up notes. Proactively re-engage clients through personalized outreach, new arrivals, and seasonal communications.<br>Boutique Standards & Team Contribution Uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation, product knowledge, and personal presentation at all times. Assist management with stock takes, inventory management, and administrative tasks as required.<br>Qualifications:<br>Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry, with a strong and verifiable sales record. An established personal client book within Qatar or wider GCC, with a demonstrated ability to develop and retain high-value relationships. Genuine product passion and a solid knowledge base across fine jewelry, precious stones, and luxury goods; experience with American or heritage jewelry maisons is an advantage. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; natural warmth and sophistication in client interactions. Well-organized, proactive, and dependable, with a team-first attitude and genuine pride in the client experience. Impeccable personal presentation and cultural awareness across Qatar's international clientele. <p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems.
