We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PLC programming, HMI/SCADA integration, industrial communication protocols, and field commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC applications using TIA Portal.
Design, configure, and commission automation systems for industrial processes and machinery.
Develop and modify HMI applications using Siemens WinCC.
Configure industrial communication networks such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU, and Ethernet/IP where applicable.
Perform PLC I/O checks, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and on-site commissioning.
Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge in Siemens S7 1200, S71500 , Immediate Joiners are preferable
