<li>Monitor room discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with front office.</li>
<li>Prepare daily productivity, occupancy, and housekeeping reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and health and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with training new team members on housekeeping procedures and the OnQ system when required.</li>
