As a conference and banqueting operations coordinator, you’re not just supporting event delivery – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Safely operate company vehicles in adherence to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Transport passengers and/or goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle to ensure its optimal functioning and appearance.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods as required, ensuring the safe handling of all items.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, while also being adaptable to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and any incidents or maintenance issues that occur during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of transportation tasks.
• Deliver invoices to clients and collect payments, plus any other tasks as assigned by the director of finance.
