<p>How your day looks like? Provide our guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience that makes them feel welcome. Ensure all valet equipment (including poles, valet tags) and other supplies are working properly and stocked. Coordinate with key room attendants and other staffs to handle the requests in a proper manner. Assist Chief Concierge in creating weekly schedules for extra events. Frequently communicates with customers and staff. Manage parking area (poles, traffic lights and people) ensuring they are all set and clean. Give and receive valet tickets Safety and securely control guests vehicle keys Conduct vehicle key audit with the valet team at the end of each shift. Conduct safety checks on parked vehicles Maintains the cleanliness of the front of the hotel. Check all valet staff are on duty and have signed the attendance sheet. After direct contact with a guest an accurate account is to be recorded on the agreed system with relevant investigation and responses within 24 hours. Outcome and response must be circulated to the Senior Management (General Manager and / or Hotel Manager) Investigate complaints and address to the department concerned and respond to guest with an appropriate explanation and apology To attend operational and scheduled meetings:Morning Meeting with Front Office Manager Emergency Response Team Briefings Front Office Briefing To take a full and accurate handover from the previous shift ensuring that all necessary follow-up is recorded and actioned Use time effectively and efficiently to:Concentrate on priorities as required during shift Complete all schedules tasks in a timely manner Attend a broader range of activities as required by operations Make necessary decisions under time constraints To assist the Front Office Manager to manage the department with all required responsibilities To communicate regularly with the Front Office Manager and the Director of Rooms To assist the Front Office Manager, Chief Concierge, Bell Captain and Guest Relations Manager to supervise all activities of all front of house departments according to our LQE, internal standards and procedures To be trained and fully compliant as an active member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)<br>As Duty Manager, we expect from you<br><br>Minimum 3 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Duty Manager, Operations Manager or similar Operational experience from other hotel divisions or similar industry desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required Perform job with attention to details and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills Crisis management training & experience<br><br>Our commitment to you<br><br>Learning & Development. If you are driven by a passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality, Anantara offers a career without limits.<br><br>Position Overview<br><br>The Multi Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained in safe, efficient, and reliable working condition.<br><br>The role requires a versatile technician with practical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Carry out daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities throughout the property. Perform preventive maintenance according to the established maintenance schedule. Attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns promptly, particularly those affecting guest rooms and guest areas. Carry out basic electrical repairs, including lighting, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures. Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leaking taps, pipes, toilets, drains, and other plumbing fixtures. Conduct basic HVAC inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance where required. Undertake minor carpentry, painting, tiling, and general building repairs. Inspect equipment, machinery, fixtures, and facilities and report any defects or potential problems. Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. Follow all health, safety, environmental, and property procedures. Maintain proper records of completed maintenance work and report outstanding issues to the supervisor. Respond to emergency maintenance situations and breakdowns as required. Coordinate with other engineering team members and departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain tools, equipment, and the engineering workshop in a clean and organized condition. Ensure spare parts and materials are used responsibly and report replenishment requirements. Support energy and water conservation initiatives across the property. Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.<br><br>Required Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Technical qualification or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field. Previous experience in a multi-technician, maintenance, engineering, or similar role. Previous hotel, resort, residential, or commercial property experience is preferred. Good practical knowledge of general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing systems. Basic knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems. Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment safely. Good understanding of health and safety procedures.<br><br>Key Competencies<br><br>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
