<li>Perform inspections of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) and fireproofing systems, including material verification, surface preparation, thickness measurements, reinforcement installation, curing requirements, and final acceptance inspections</li>
<li>Witness and evaluate Procedure Qualification Testing (PQT) and coating qualification trials to validate coating system performance and compliance with project and client requirements</li>
<li>Review and verify coating procedures, insulation procedures, fireproofing procedures, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality control documents for compliance with contractual and technical specifications</li>
<li>Conduct material receiving inspections and verify that coating, insulation, and fireproofing materials are approved, properly stored, within shelf-life limitations, and supported by valid certificates and manufacturer documentation</li>
<li>Participate in painting, coating, insulation, and fireproofing subcontractor pre-qualification audits, assessing technical capabilities, personnel qualifications, quality management systems, equipment availability, and past project performance</li>
<li>Coordinate inspection activities with contractors, subcontractors, third-party inspectors, and client representatives to ensure timely execution of inspection and testing requirements</li>
<li>Review and validate inspection reports, test records, calibration certificates, material certificates, and quality dossiers to ensure completeness and compliance with project requirements</li>
<li>Identify, document, and report non-conformities, monitor corrective actions, and verify satisfactory close-out of quality issues</li>
