Job Summary<br><br>The Inspector - QA/QC is responsible for carrying out inspection and quality verification activities during material receipt, fabrication, assembly, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements. The role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the reliable operation of HVAC systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, corrective, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose HVAC faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs efficiently. Maintain and service equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split AC systems, ventilation/exhaust systems, pumps, compressors, and associated controls. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdown. Support planned shutdown and maintenance activities in accordance with site schedules. Ensure HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and within required parameters.<br>Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience. <p>JOB TITLE: Project Manager Role Purpose: Under the direction of the Facility and Support Services (F&SS) Director provide oversight to all hospital facility projects. This includes planning, organizing manpower for project activities, implementation, project control, and evaluation. Lead projects as needed for Hospital Operations and collaborate with other departments as instructed by the F&SS Director. <p>Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and inspection of all lifting equipment across the project/sites.
• Manage and lead the personnel within the lifting division, including riggers and equipment operators.
• Ensure that repairs and inspections of lifting equipment and lifting gear (slings, spreader beams, chains, shackles) are in full compliance with relevant industry standards and manufacturer recommendations.
• Develop and maintain lifting plans, rigging scenarios, and risk assessments for critical, heavy, complex, and tandem lifting activities.
• Guide, train, and assess the competency of riggers and operators in line with best practices and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies and regulations in all lifting operations.
• Ensure the technical integrity and certification validity of crane structures and their components (e.g., chassis, boom, wire ropes, sheaves, LMI systems, safety control circuits).
• Maintain effective coordination with manufacturers and dealers on technical issues related to the lifting fleet (including mobile cranes, crawler cranes, manlifts, scissor lifts, forklifts).
• Utilize specialized lifting software to generate load charts and design safe and efficient lifting plans.
• Advise management on refurbishment, replacement, or disposal strategies for lifting equipment.
• Monitor and control spare parts inventory to ensure cost-effective and uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain required documentation and reporting related to lifting operations, equipment status, and inspections.
• Investigate any lifting-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</p><p>Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in lifting equipment
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a commanding personality
• Solid knowledge of international lifting standards and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
