L2 Support Engineer – SCATS & Tolling Systems Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-time | On-site | 24/7 Rotational Shifts Function: ITS Operations & Maintenance / Roads Management Centre Experience: 5–8 years L2 Support Engineer – SCATS & Tolling Systems Command Post is seeking experienced L2 Support Engineers to support a mission-critical Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) environment in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide operational and technical support across SCATS and Tolling back-office systems, helping maintain the availability, performance and integrity of critical applications, infrastructure and transaction flows. The position is primarily based within a Roads Management Centre / Control Room environment and operates on a 24/7 rotational shift basis. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 operational and technical support for SCATS and Tolling back-office applications, databases and supporting infrastructure. We are seeking a competent and motivated Site Engineer (Civil Works) to oversee and manage civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities including earthworks, piling, concrete works, formwork, rebar installation, and marine structures
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules

<p><strong>Job Summary :</strong></p><br><p>We are looking for an Industrial Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning across Water & Wastewater, HVAC, Oil & Gas, and other industries. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage tasks effectively, deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and advance professionally.</p><br><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities :</strong></p><br><ul><li>Develop and execute PLC programs and test plans to ensure reliable and functional automation systems.</li><li>Develop SCADA/HMI graphics and implement automation solutions based on client requirements.</li><li>Perform pre-commissioning activities, including cable termination verification, loop checking, and related checks.</li><li>Conduct field testing, commissioning, and SAT at client sites.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, I/O lists, and system architecture diagrams.</li><li>Maintain proper software versions, programming tools, and program backups.</li><li>Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for automation systems.</li><li>Understand task requirements and apply appropriate technical skills and knowledge to deliver solutions.</li><li>Manage medium to high-complexity tasks in accordance with defined standards and procedures.</li><li>Document procedures, findings, root causes, and recommendations for completed tasks.</li><li>Work closely with Sales and Project teams to understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions.</li><li>Demonstrate resilience, persistence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Maintain excellent interpersonal, consulting, communication, and technical presentation skills.</li></ul><p><strong>QHSE Responsibilities :</strong></p><br><ul><li>Comply with all QHSE standards, policies, and procedures relevant to your work.</li><li>Actively participate in QHSE meetings and complete all required safety inductions and trainings.</li><li>Identify and report unsafe conditions; take corrective action where possible within your scope.</li><li>Follow guidance provided by QHSE officers and use PPE and emergency equipment correctly.</li><li>Support a safe work environment by cooperating with safety practices and encouraging others to do the same.</li></ul> </div>
