Additionally, Assistant Head Sommeliers may assist in conducting wine tastings, organizing wine events, and maintaining cellar conditions. A leading facilities management organization is seeking an experienced AV Technician for a temporary contract (approximately 3 months) to support operations within a prestigious hospitality environment.<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems, satellite TV (SMATV) infrastructure, and event support to ensure uninterrupted services across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and conference facilities.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual and SMATV systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipment. Monitor RF distribution networks and TV signal quality. Install and terminate coaxial, Cat5e/Cat6, fibre optic, and HDMI cabling. Set up and operate AV equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets, and special events. Configure projectors, LED displays, LCD TVs, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, digital mixers, and presentation systems. Conduct sound checks, equipment testing, and system verification before events. Provide on-site technical support during live events. Maintain AV equipment inventory and maintenance records. Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, AV Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in an AV Technician role. Experience with SMATV systems and professional audiovisual equipment. Knowledge of RF distribution systems and structured cabling. Ensure the supply chain maintains appropriate levels of repairable and<br><br>consumable assets to meet customer requirements. Manage, analyse and report<br><br>inventory spend against budget and forecasting forward spend projections.<br><br>Responsible for maintenance and update of inventory forecasting system(s).<br><br>Gathering information and analysis of data to aid demand forecasting.<br><br>Core Activity<br><br>Support the development, production and delivery of accurate inventory forecasts, using data analysis and scenario/options modelling to inform strategic decision making and determine the inventory requirements for the fleet. Support the development and delivery of the DF&P capabilities (including IT infrastructure), ensuring alignment to current and future business strategies. Procedure/standards – Comply with the MAI CAME, its associated procedures and standards, and any other AM&S or company procedures and standards, as applicable. Identify and propose changes, as required. Safety Management System – Ensure Human Factors and Error Management philosophies are applied to all DF&P activities. Understand the risks associated with DF&P and the means by which they are mitigated and managed. Management System Assurance – Ensure DF&P activities are compliant with the Governance and Assurance framework, including supporting process confirmations and independent assurance audits. The incumbent will manage the process of generating profitable International Treasury Product sales and in creating potential for the Group as a whole to leverage additional benefit from these sales.<br><br>Main Responsibilities<br><br> Shareholder & Financial:Implements and leads the Group’s strategies to position its treasury as a major player in the international treasury segment. Develop/ creates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) created for the purpose of systematic performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the Desk and monitor their achievements. Is involved in the setting and responsible for the achievement of set targets/ objectives, business growth and expansion for the International Treasury Sales Unit. Implements and evaluates best practice work methods in area of responsibility to achieve optimum level of performance efficiency from the desk. Implements KPI’s and best practices for Senior Vice President Treasury Sales International role. Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimize cost, avoid waste, and optimize benefits for the bank. Customer (Internal & External):Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with all other related units to achieve the International Treasury Sales goals/objectives. Provides timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors, the Compliance function and Group Risk as and when required. Maintains relationships with key International clients To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):Ensures compliance to the department’s policies and procedures for conducting sales calls and visits, preparing presentation on products internally and externally, maintaining the contact database and maintaining/ collating MIS pertaining to profitability/ revenue. Develops new international relationships, within the delegated authority, and subsequently act as the main focal point for guidance and assistance in resolution of any contentious issues arising in the course of managing international relationships. Liaises with the International Corporate Banking Division to identify potential customers and to cross sell treasury services in addition to delivering requisite training to International Corporate Banking staff on the treasury products and services that are provided by the Group. Maintains the database for international treasury customers, ensuring its timely update after contact with potential and current QNB customers. Networks with International customers and marketing groups within and outside QNB in order to solicit customer feedback, gain market intelligence, benchmark selling techniques and enhance the Group’s profile in the market. Is involved in the product development process, in coordination with the SVP, Treasury Structured Products and Derivatives. Monitors and enhances the product development process, provide timely update to the EVP, Group Treasury Sales on customer needs and new market opportunities. All other ad hoc duties/activities related to QNB that management might request from time to time.<br>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br>Bachelors / Masters (Masters preferred), preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology. MBA, CFA, or a related professional certification is a plus. Minimum 15 years treasury sales experience, preferably with corporate sales exposure in the Gulf. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable). Exceptional presentation skills. Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point). Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products. Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with decision making ability. A strong customer service orientation with exceptional knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Must be able to work effectively under market pressures whilst maintaining risk control and limit compliance. Proven marketing and sales skills. Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and lead teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
