The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted availability of base oils, additives, packaging materials, and plant operational requirements while optimizing inventory levels and procurement costs. This position requires strong technical knowledge of lubricant raw materials, supplier management, and manufacturing supply chain processes.<br>Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 7–12 years of procurement and supply chain management experience within lubricant blending plants, petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, or specialty chemical industries. Preferably having formal training in QC and membership with recognised charted or other professional institution. Certifications:CSWIP 3.2 / AWS-SCWI Sr. Welding Inspector and NDT Level-II (ASNT, ISO, etc.) certification is a must. Preferred to have BGAS grade-2 / NACE Level-2 Painting Inspector certificate. Other equivalent certifications provided by internationally recognized organizations can be accepted. Experience10 years’ experience for Bachelor’s degree engineers and 15 years’ experience for technical diploma holders in similar position in Oil & Gas sector. Experience in GCC is desirable Candidate should have hands on working experience related to storage tanks, piping, pipeline welding inspection and testing.
