About PFIPFI is a growing food logistics and solutions provider serving the HoReCa sector in Qatar. We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Executive to become one of our team and play a key role in building our supply chain operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing: Develop international sourcing strategies, identify new foodservice and FMCG products, and build strategic supplier partnerships. Demand Planning & Inventory: Plan inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels. Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate import shipments, logistics activities, customs clearance, and on-time product delivery. Procurement: Manage supplier communications, purchase orders, supplier performance, and procurement activities. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce sourcing, logistics, and inventory costs. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination: Prepare operational and inventory reports and coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse team

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, procurement, or food logistics. Experience in food distribution is must Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work in a warehouse and cold storage environment.
