This role is responsible for driving sales growth of marine engines by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.<br><br>The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, supporting dealer and customer network development, and promoting marine products in line with company objectives and brand standards.<br><br>What You Will Do<br><br> Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar. Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, retention, and customer satisfaction. Support market share growth by expanding the active customer and dealer network. Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events, and marketing activities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and submit timely sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support.<br><br>Required Skills To Be Successful<br><br> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the marine, automotive, or technical equipment sector. Good understanding of marine engines, boating industry dynamics, and B2B/B2C sales processes. Knowledge of the Qatar marine market and customer segments such as boat builders, fishermen, and retail customers is preferred.<br><br>About The Team<br><br>You will be part of the Marine team based in Doha, working closely with the Marine Sales Manager and cross-functional teams across logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing. The team operates in a competitive and customer-focused environment, representing marine engine solutions and supporting customers across Qatar’s marine industry.<br><br>What Equips You For The Role<br><br> Experience managing dealer networks, key accounts, or OEM/boat builder relationships would be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word. Target-oriented, self-motivated, resilient, and able to work with accountability in a competitive market environment. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven ability to achieve targets. Commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, especially with key customers and business partners. Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and maintain accurate reporting. Good technical aptitude to understand and explain marine engine specifications and performance benefits. Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in customer-facing situations. Senior Sales Manager (Elegancia Steel)<br>Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across key market sectors. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Develop a robust CRM process and ensure effective customer relationship management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and drive business development initiatives. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and business processes. Expand business opportunities beyond Qatar and strengthen the company's regional footprint.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).10-15 years of experience with leading structural steel fabrication companies. Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role within the GCC market. Proven track record in structural steel fabrication, Oil & Gas EPC projects, commercial, and industrial sectors. Strong experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. Excellent leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and revenue growth planning. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
