<br></span><p>The Senior Maintenance Supervisor works under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Engineer, this position is responsible to oversees and coordinates to workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuity of operations are performed in a safely manner. This role also ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.</p><br>

<p>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels, and generate reports to track maintenance performance, equipment uptime, and costs.</p><br>
<p>Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance services, procurement of spare parts, and equipment repairs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</p><br>
<p>Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives in maintenance operations, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.</p><br>
<p>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations, such as equipment failures or facility damage, mobilizing resources, and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruption and restore operations promptly.</p><br>
