We don’t just manage challenges, We thrive in them.<br>Role overview:<br>As Exhibitor Manager, you are the primary liaison for exhibitors at our global fairs, working in close collaboration with their Exhibitor Project Managers (EPM). You will guide exhibitors/Exhibitor Project Managers from concept through completion ensuring technical needs, design elements, and logistical requirements are translated into well-executed, high-quality solutions. Your role spans project planning and quotations, execution on-site, and post-show reconciliation, delivering a seamless, premium experience at every stage.<br>Key Responsibilities: <br>Pre-Event Planning & Project Development<br>Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and their EPMs, managing inquiries and translating creative and technical requirements into actionable solutions. Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial booth briefings to final approvals. Auto CAD Experience Required for preparing and maintaining comprehensive technical drawings and floorplans, incorporating all exhibitor specifications. Generate detailed quotes and budgets, ensure timely approval processes, and secure confirmations to proceed. Advise galleries on suitable solutions for lighting, flooring, wall finishes, and custom elements, balancing aesthetics, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.<br>On-Site Implementation Supervise on-site installation and construction, coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams. Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure deliverables meet or exceed gallery expectations. Troubleshoot issues proactively and maintain consistent communication with exhibitors during build-up and handover.<br>Post-Event Wrap-UpOversee the dismantling process, ensuring efficient and organized breakdown of gallery stands. Lead final reconciliations, including the review of delivered services, cost validation, and invoicing.<br>Cross-Functional Collaboration Maintain strong alignment with Project Lead, production, logistics, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution. Serve as a central communication hub between galleries, internal stakeholders, and external partners throughout all project phases.<br>Your Profile: <br>Degree or professional qualification in Architecture, Construction, Event Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in exhibition management, event production, architecture, construction, project management, or a similar environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and external partners. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively. Proficiency in Auto CAD for technical drawing preparation and space planning; experience with Revit, Sketch Up, or similar design software is an advantage. Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power Point, and confidence working with digital project management and collaboration tools. This role spans the full technical stack of modern AI engineering: training and fine-tuning ML models, building LLM powered applications, developing agentic workflows, and integrating AI solutions with Ooredoo's enterprise platform ecosystem. As we continue to scale rapidly in Qatar, we're looking for a versatile Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead Keeta Qatar's end-to-end digital strategy.<br>What You'll DoDigital Strategy & Integration Define the annual digital roadmap, balancing brand-building and performance objectives Lead the integration of brand campaigns with performance marketing — ensuring consistent messaging, targeting, and measurement Act as the strategic bridge to the centralized performance marketing team: challenge results, guide optimizations, and ensure alignment with Keeta's local market nuances Social Media & Influencer Leadership Own organic social strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, and X — content pillars, community management, and follower growth Lead performance-driven influencer programs with clear KPIs across engagement and conversion. Merchant Co-marketing Design and execute joint online campaigns with merchant partners — co-branded ads, exclusive landing pages, and in-app placements Use Keeta's digital assets (splash screens, banners, push notifications) as part of merchant value exchange Data, Analytics & Experimentation Build dashboards to track key metrics including and engagement Lead weekly reviews with performance teams, identifying inefficiencies and testing new channels and creatives Leverage AI-powered marketing and analytics tools to automate reporting, accelerate content ideation, improve audience targeting, and uncover growth opportunities.<br>What We're Looking For8+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior strategic role Proven versatility across brand, performance, social, influencer, and analytics — comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing (Meta, Tik Tok, Google, programmatic) Experience working with performance marketing teams (in-house or agency) and driving data-led decisions Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or retail tech preferred Based in Doha or willing to relocate Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus<br>Why Join Keeta?????
