Reports to Company Construction Lead / Head of Construction as applicable, all main issues & events at site, incl, HSE, Quality, Security, progress reporting, trends, etc. and makes recommendations for improvement. Participate in reviewing detailed design drawings, temporary works drawings, method statements, material requisitions, risk assessments, job hazard analysis, etc. Act as a delegated document approver where required. Co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site. Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required. Identify and approach potential customers, including limousine, car-rental and fleet companies. Generate new leads through calls, emails, Whats App, Linked In and field visits. Arrange meetings, present our solutions and follow up until deals are closed. Record and manage all leads, follow-ups and opportunities using a CRM system. Coordinate the daily activities of the OWLO field operations team. Follow up on vehicle distribution, charging and maintenance activities. Provide the CEO with a short daily update on sales and operations. Requirementscandidate currently residing in Qatar. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Good spoken and written English Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms, dashboards and mobile applications. Basic experience with CRM systems, sales tracking or customer management. Confident in visiting companies and approaching new customers. Organised, proactive and able to work independently. Willingness to learn and grow within a startup environment.
