Apart from “just” managing, you will also be directly in touch with customers and living our credo of ‘We don’t sell - we forge relationships’. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping. <br>Store Operations & Sales Run all daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision. Own the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales results. Actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, ATV, and UPT. Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling within the store. Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and overall presentation at all times. Control the store level stock movement, counts, and documentation. Ensure strong loss prevention practices within the store. Investigate and report stock discrepancies.<br>Customer Experience Be present on the floor to lead customer experience by example. Handle VIP clients and complex customer situations. Ensure the team delivers a consistent luxury service experience every day. Follow up on customer feedback and take immediate action at store level.<br>Team Management Manage the store team on a daily basis, including scheduling and task allocation. Set clear daily priorities and expectations for the team. Conduct regular performance check-ins and address performance issues quickly. Create a positive, high energy working environment<br>Training & Onboarding Ensure new joiners complete the onboarding plan and understand store procedures.
