<p><br></p><p><b>Job Role Description</b></p><p>Serve as the primary functional point of contact between enrollment operations and HBKU IT to ensure alignment of system requirements, functionality, and operational priorities. Oversee the operational administration of enrollment and registration systems, including Banner, CourseLeaf modules, ARGOS reporting, CRM, EvaluationKit, and Scheduling systems, ensuring consistent system performance and reliability. Liaise with HBKU IT, as required, to support system configuration, issue resolution, and system upgrades. Work closely with academic departments and administrative units to resolve enrollment system issues, streamline processes, and enhance overall user experience. Experience with web-based systems and ARGOS reporting is preferred. The Electrical Distribution Technician (High Voltage) is responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical distribution systems supporting airfield and base operations at Al Udeid Air Base. This role focuses on high- and medium-voltage electrical systems and airfield lighting infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous mission support.<br><br>Essential Job Functions<br><br>Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems. Maintain, inspect, and repair airfield lighting systems, including runway, taxiway, apron, and navigational lighting. Job description:<br><br> Job Purpose Purpose of the Role: Technical role responsible for developing Data Governance controls using NOC Data Governance solutions on data repositories and Data Platform ensuring data management, quality and responsibilities are in place to improve the overall data governance maturity. Digital use cases and application solutions data governance deliverables to ensure data used and presented are accurate and trusted. Interface with all NOC business entities especially the users of production operations data to ensure data governance practices and workflows are designed and implemented on data repositories (i.e., data quality rules) to improved business decisions and increase operational efficiency. JOB DIMENSIONS Structured and unstructured data for more than 100 Data Domains, 650 Data Families and 100 Data Sources/Solutions Manage 4 solutions and work with 2 service contracts. Interface with the digital team to implement data governance on the digital use cases to ensure data used and presented is fit for decision making. Interface with the identified data roles within 16 departments, which are Data Owners (Leadership), Data Stewards (Data SMEs) and Data Custodians (Solution SMEs) to capture the data requirements and improvements on the tools. Perform resource creation and extraction of core databases metadata and profiling metadata, business term association, attribute management, data domains, rules, profiling information and troubleshooting, and performance tuning in EDC. Analysis business data and propose data quality rules to the business then implement the selected/validated rules and produce data quality scorecards that are regularly updated. Work with stakeholders to identify trusted source, owner, and steward for each of the Key Data Elements (KDE) and define business definition and business rules. Manage metadata repositories through executing onboarding of technical and business metadata on data governance solutions, ensuring the population of data lineage and linkage between the technical and business metadata. Use data profiling and Informatica EDC/IDQ to discover patterns and tasks that can be automated, and identify ways to improve data reliability, performance, efficiency, and quality. Implement metadata catalog, dictionaries, business user glossaries on relative tools leverage Oil and Gas standard practices to ease the data discovery and utilization. Maintain an API and a dashboard that showcases the Data Governance maturity KPIs for every department. Implement and maintain a Data Certification tool that provides evidence of complete and accurate data migration from source to destination.
