Nair Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Telecom / Collaboration Administrator to join our Qatar operations.

✅ IP Telephony Systems Administration

✅ PSTN, PRI & SIP Telephony

✅ Voice Recording & Video Conferencing Solutions

✅ Structured Cabling & Network Infrastructure

✅ Telecom System Monitoring & Troubleshooting

✅ Vendor Management & Telecom Project Delivery

✅ Telecom Security, Documentation & Compliance

✅ Strong Communication Skills in English & Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and optimize enterprise telecom and collaboration platforms.

• Manage IP telephony, SIP/PRI/PSTN connectivity, voice recording, and video conferencing systems.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of telecom services across all locations.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for telecom infrastructure and services.

• Coordinate with telecom service providers and vendors for issue resolution and service enhancements.

• Lead telecom-related projects, upgrades, and system improvements.

• Maintain telecom documentation, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Monitor telecom systems proactively to minimize service disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

� Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.

� Professional certifications/training in Telecom or Collaboration technologies preferred.

� Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
