<p><h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<p>The programme lead (senior planning engineer) is responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting project schedules to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements. Working within the project management consultancy (PMC) team, the role provides planning and scheduling expertise throughout all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover.</p>
<p>The senior planning engineer will analyze project performance, identify schedule risks and delays, evaluate recovery strategies, and provide management with accurate progress reporting and forecasting to support informed decision-making and successful project execution.</p>

<li>Lead in preparation and manage the preparation and development of construction and procurement schedules.</li>
<li>Review contract documents, suggesting changes for planning, cost, and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses if necessary.</li>

<p>The Service Provider shall provide a cabin seat expertise service that shall include, but not limited to, the below described activities:</p><p>1. CABIN SURVEY</p><ul><li>Conduct cabin survey to identify operational defects related to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Support meet & greet.</li><li>Analyze the spare parts listed in the aircraft logbooks and linked to the Aircraft Seats, this list shall be part of the daily activity report.</li><li>Implement an Action Item Log to follow-up in-service technical issues linked to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Take any action to prevent seat lockout (day to day activity).</li></ul><p>2. <li>Provide a variety of Electrical Engineering support to contribute to the division strategy and goals which include design reviews, commissioning, start-up, failure analysis and advanced troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Develop and implement surveillance and administration programs for critical Electrical Systems of new projects to achieve high standards of reliability, availability and cyber security.</li>
<li>Define and document best practices within the area of expertise and recommend performance improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop plans and work schedules to ensure effective completion of tasks and activities, meeting the section and division KPIs.</li>
