Monitor abrasive blasting, cleaning, priming, intermediate coating, and finishing activities. Ensure correct paint materials, coating systems, mixing ratios, and application methods are used. Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, dew point, and surface temperature before and during painting. Ensure required coating thickness and application standards are achieved. Coordinate touch-up, repair, and rework activities. Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of work areas after completion of activities. Qualifications Diploma / Technical Certificate in Painting, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant painting/coating certification or technical training is an advantage. Relevant HSE training/certification is preferred. Experience Minimum 5–10 years of experience in industrial painting and protective coating works. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role is preferred. Proven experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, offshore, or industrial construction/maintenance projects. Experience supervising blasting, surface preparation, industrial painting, and protective coating crews. equivalent senior position.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the Middle East/GCC, preferably in Dubai or Doha.</li><li>Previous experience in a 5 star luxury hotel operation is
