Premium Solutions is hiring for a client in Qatar. We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer (Lighting) to join a leading Lighting Division in Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in architectural lighting design, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering innovative lighting solutions across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural lighting designs for indoor and outdoor spaces, including facades, interiors, landscapes, streets, and parking areas.
• Prepare lighting design concepts, layouts, calculations, and detailed documentation.
• Create high-quality visual presentations including renderings, visualizations, and concept boards.
• Utilize lighting design software such as DIALux, Photoshop, and V-Ray to produce accurate simulations and visuals.
• Prepare and contribute to GSAS reports and ensure sustainability requirements are met.
• Review lighting technical specifications to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assess manufacturer shop drawings and lighting fixture specifications.
• Ensure proper material selection and finishes are aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to obtain design approvals.
• Prepare and manage material submittals and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with international and local lighting standards including IES and CIBSE.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5 8 years of proven experience in architectural lighting design.
• Strong understanding of lighting systems, fixtures, and technologies.
• Proficiency in DIALux, Photoshop, and V-Ray.
• Strong knowledge of lighting codes, standards, and energy efficiency regulations.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable design frameworks such as GSAS or similar. Familiarity with BIM or additional design tools is an advantage.
