Job Description<br><br>Job Purpose:<br><br>To manage and oversee the preservation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment during project execution. The role ensures equipment integrity is maintained through effective preservation practices, monitoring, and documentation, supporting a safe and successful project handover.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Preservation Execution<br><br>Implement and manage the Project Preservation Plan for static and rotating equipment, piping systems, electrical & Instrumentation components, capital spares & special tools.<br><br>System Management<br><br>Maintain and track equipment logs in a Preservation Management System (PMS) (such as Hexagon, Win PCS, or similar).<br><br>Defect Reporting<br><br>Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, temperature) and report any deterioration or anomalies to the warehouse and site managers.<br><br>Activities<br><br>Monitor Mechanical and EIT, Capital Spare and Special Tools equipment’s storage (short / long term) and perform necessary preservations Ensure the Preservation related activities are prepared and tracked using system Preservation record sheet and preservation history and records are made available at any time until the equipment is formally transferred. Ensure Preservation has been performed correctly and formally recorded into database system. Ensure tools and equipment’s are adequate to achieve expected level of preservation requirements. Reports on a day-to-day basis directly to the Preservation Lead.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.5 to 10 years of professional experience, specifically in oil and gas, or large-scale EPC projects. Deep understanding of preservation techniques (e.g., Vapour Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI), nitrogen blanketing, protective coatings) and interpretation of material datasheets, good knowledge on Various Preservation practices, Risk & Hazards associated and mitigation measures. Good leadership skills and good communication skills. Good reporting skills. Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment. Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications. Mandatory language is English.

Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>12+ years of experience in enterprise Data & AI delivery, platform operations, managed services, or digital transformation programs.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing production critical enterprise platforms.</p></li></ul><p>Technical Competencies</p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of DataOps, MLOps, CI/CD, enterprise data platforms, data architecture, data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, and analytics ecosystems.</p></li><li><p>Experience operationalizing enterprise AI use cases in production environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of AI/ML operationalization including model deployment, monitoring, retraining cycles, drift detection, inference operations, and AI governance controls.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with operational processes including testing governance, deployment pipelines, incident management, problem management, and service
