About the role We're hiring a General Manager to lead Fold day to day and drive our growth. This is the most senior operating role in the company, reporting to the Founder and CEO. You'll lead every department: operations, finance, procurement, marketing, systems, and people as one aligned team. If you're a builder who leads from the front and wants real ownership of a brand on the rise, this is for you.
What you'll do Turn the company vision into a clear, executable strategy and deliver it Lead and align the full management team, driving strong day-to-day execution across departments Drive expansion: evaluating and opening new locations and commercial channels Represent Fold externally with partners, landlords, and corporate clients. Own company performance: P&L, KPIs, and governance across the business
What we're looking for8–10+ years of senior leadership, ideally general management in F&B, retail, or hospitality A proven track record of running a business with full P&L accountability Experience opening and scaling new locations Strong commercial and financial judgment, and the presence to lead a team and represent a brand Based in Doha, Qatar; Arabic is mandatory
