Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning efficiently. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and other essential infrastructure. Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain optimal usage of utilities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures. Assist in maintaining records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and service schedules. Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience. Identify and report any potential risks or required improvements in facilities. <br><br>About You:<br><br>Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Mechanical Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.<br><br>Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
