Position Overview:The Mobile Crane Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of mobile cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic assessments, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mobile cranes, including hydraulic and electrical systems. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize the performance and lifespan of the mobile crane fleet. Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, assisting them in complex repair and maintenance tasks. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to aid in troubleshooting and repairs. Provide technical support and on-site repairs for clients. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols while working.
Qualifications:Technical degree or certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience with mobile cranes or heavy equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hydraulic systems.
