Automate manual operational processes and present back on time savings gained through modernization of business operations<br><br>What you’ll Need to Succeed:<br><br>At least 2-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BIAdvanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQLStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferably) Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel, Python (or R) Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance). A good understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning technique knowledge (such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.) Good stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite. Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation Strong experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business A hacker’s mindset – the ability to build simple but clever and elegant solutions to new problems within significant resource, operational and time constraints through deep understanding of the business, creative problem solving, and a wide range of expertise in data, analytics, automation, programming, and prototyping. Excellent communicator with superior written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Data driven in both decision making and performance measurement. Job Summary The Finance Director will be responsible for leading and managing the financial activities of the organization, with specific responsibility for civil engineering and construction operations. The role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project financial control, contracts, cash flow, reporting, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong and proven finance experience within the civil engineering, construction, contracting, infrastructure, or related project-based industry.<br>Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations and provide financial leadership for civil and construction projects. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. Monitor and report financial performance, project profitability, cash flow, and financial position to senior management and the Board of Directors. Prepare short- and long-term financial forecasts and project financial projections. Oversee construction project accounting, project cost control, and financial reporting. Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, variations, claims, retention, accruals, and project margins. Ensure timely contract billing, invoicing, collections, and receivables. Monitor project cash flow and working capital to ensure sufficient funds for construction operations. Work closely with Commercial, Contracts, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Project teams on financial matters. Review the financial aspects of construction contracts, subcontractors, variations, claims, and project commitments. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process and monitor performance against approved budgets. Identify financial, commercial, and project-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, policies, and internal controls. Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Establish and maintain effective financial control procedures for organizational and project assets. Evaluate and improve accounting, reporting, billing, collection, and financial control systems. Lead, manage, and develop the finance and accounting team. Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management on construction projects and business decisions. Ensure effective use of ERP and financial management systems, preferably SAP.<br>Job Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of finance and accounting within the civil and construction industry. Strong understanding of construction project accounting and cost control. Knowledge of construction contracts, billing, variations, claims, retention, and project cash flow. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting skills. Strong knowledge of risk management and internal financial controls. Knowledge of full-cycle accounting and audit processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills. SAP/ERP experience is required or highly preferred.<br>Job Experience Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience. Job Title: Analyst – Cost Management (Contractor) Location: Qatar Duration: 12+ Months<br>Job Summary The Cost Management Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing organizational costs to ensure financial efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational policies. The role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, inventory analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.<br>Key Responsibilities Act as the focal point for all cost management-related matters within the assigned function. Monitor, track, and manage daily cost management activities and periodic deliverables. Coordinate regularly with the Head of Section and Finance Controlling Manager to provide updates on cost management activities and progress. Prepare the annual financial cost management plan, financial models, and supporting analysis. Develop and maintain procedures for the cost management function. Contribute to the development of guidelines and frameworks for cost planning, budgeting, and financial modelling. Job Purpose:The Group Business Development Director - MENA is responsible for identifying, originating and securing major infrastructure investment opportunities across Middle East, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
