About the Role Bridge Capital is seeking a Senior Legal Manager, Fund & Transaction, to lead legal workstreams across complex cross-border investments — from initial structuring and diligence through signing, closing, active ownership and realization. He/she will Liaise with IT Helpdesk Specialist to understand end-users’ requests and needs. Consult with employees, students and instructors to determine hardware, software or system issues. The successful candidate will ensure resolution of issues/tickets based on priority and urgency and following the instructions of the IT Support Supervisor. Support employees, students and instructors in the installation and upgrading of software, implementation of file backups, and configurations of systems and applications as and when needed. Identify recurrent IT issues and support in the enhancement of IT services. Meet computer application requirements and apply required updates in a timely and efficient manner to prevent interruption of services. Support the design, development and implementation of new systems and technologies to meet the needs and requirements of each functional area of UDST. Update existing IT systems and ensure ongoing maintenance to facilitate the employees and academic use of current technologies. <li>Provide specialized technical expertise in the design and analysis of onshore/offshore structures and infrastructures, ensuring alignment with Operations Expansion & Start-Up department (OES) goals and Company strategy. Achieve high-quality, and efficient structural solutions for greenfield and brownfield structures to maintain reliable and safe operation</li>

<li>Provide a variety of civil/structural/marine engineering support to contribute to OES' goals including design reviews, specifications review/update, studies, failure analysis and advanced troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Perform economic and financial evaluation of all conceptual studies and prepare design basis, and civil/structural/marine design packages as per Company specifications and international codes such as BS, API, OCIMF, PIANC, ISGOTT, ASCE, ACI, AISC, AASHTO, USACE, UBC and Qatar National Construction Standards.</li>
<li>Provide technical expertise support to Project Team throughout Project Life Cycle (Pre-FEED/FEED/Detail design stages/construction/installation) ensuring quality and flawless execution.</li>
<li>Coordinate all aspects of civil/structural/marine engineering and provide technical support to operation and maintenance for across Company onshore/offshore facilities.</li>

<li>Act as Subject Matter Expert and develop civil/structural detailed drawings and procedures for the department. Support the organisation for high-level technical tasks.</li>
<li>Perform all the necessary complex/high level analysis as per the applicable specification or codes along with computer analysis software e.g. STAAD for onshore and SACS for offshore.</li>
<li>Provide technical support in all sessions of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), RHAZOP, risk assessment, lifting, excavation certificate, inspection program, etc.</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants or shareholders, represent Company to external agencies, conduct technical presentations and support less experienced engineers to develop their capabilities. Develop training programs to keep abreast of new technologies and mentor less experienced engineers to develop their capabilities.</li>
<li>Provide support to OES' Operations Readiness Plan (ORP) process, following up on deliverables, meeting milestone target dates and ensuring proper handover/completion as per Company policy and procedure.</li>
