<li>Monitor the activities of the outsourced Operation and Maintenance Contractor at site by reviewing daily reports, calibration reports, maintenance activities/reports, and Quality Control activities performed to ensure proper operation of the stations.</li>
<li>Ensure property and equipment are secure.</li>
<li>Verify that the spare parts interchanged by the contractor are original and as per approved specifications.</li>
<li>Control all operational and maintenance activities at the ambient air quality stations and ensure all control systems related to the ambient air quality networks.</li>
<li>Review and evaluate data to detect possible abnormalities related to the functioning of the stations and report to the section for further action.</li>
<li>Keep records of all station inventories, data, reports, logs, and certificates to ensure traceability of results generated.</li>
<li>Maintain systems to track schedules for maintenance, calibrations, and re-certifications on a timely basis and verify compliance by the Contractor.</li>
<li>Report HSE statistics of the Contractors on a monthly basis.</li>

Corporate HSE Manager<br>Position Summary<br>The Corporate HSE Manager has to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety and Environment management systems across the organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic HSE leadership across multiple large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in QD-SBG while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and implement the corporate HSE strategy, policies, standards, and objectives across the organization. Provide HSE leadership and governance for multiple concurrent mega construction and infrastructure projects in Qatar. Ensure compliance with Ashghal requirements, QCS, local regulations, and client-specific HSE standards. Support project teams throughout all phases of project execution, from mobilization to handover. Monitor HSE performance across all projects and establish KPI dashboards for management reporting. Lead incident investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies including Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa (Fishbone Analysis), 5 Whys, and continuous improvement tools. Conduct corporate HSE audits, inspections, and management reviews to ensure consistency and compliance across projects. Manage and mentor project HSE teams and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and senior management on HSE matters. Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and maintain certification requirements.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline. Minimum 20–25 years of HSE experience including 5 years in an executive or corporate management role, with significant exposure to major construction and infrastructure projects. NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent professional certification. Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification or Lean Management background. Experience with operational excellence and continuous improvement systems. Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001. Previous experience managing HSE activities across several projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Ashghal requirements, Qatar Construction Specifications and local regulatory frameworks. Excellent presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience with major infrastructure, roads, utilities, rail, or government projects in Qatar.
