Monitor unanswered lines; return to caller after rings to update status and offer to take a message. Take, record and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Activate/deactivate guestroom messages light, accordingly, distribute hotel personnel/department messages to designated location. Accept, record, and deliver wake-up calls. Provide callers with accurate information on hotel facilities and services. Accept and process all guest requests for, Screening calls, Do not disturb, Call transfer/forwarding, Conference calls, Non-registered guests. Access system for long distance carrier's foreign language operator. Assist callers with local and overseas calls. Monitor telephone system problems and raise Knowcross Tickets. Document all guest complaints or problems in Knowcross. Follow up to ensure completion and guest satisfaction. Assist in emergency situations as central communication center for hotel. Collect preferences daily and enter into our guest profiles. Ensure the use of correct verbiage and avoid using any slang language. Follow all LQA and Forbes standard. Full knowledge of using Glowing for guest communication from pre arrival, during the stay and post departure. All other duties as required.

Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to associates in other divisions as appropriate. Spends time in public areas observing associate-guest interaction and talking with guests, coach associates in guest service skills as necessary. Ensures that all guest and associate complaints are resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Maintains positive guest and associate interactions with good working relationships.<br>Operations Ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming. Respond to changes in the food and beverage function as dictated by the industry, company, and hotel. Ensure to attend a comprehensive training program as set out by the restaurant in conjunction with Talent & Culture. Have a high level of industry trend awareness and a keen interest in the local hospitality scene. To have a full working knowledge of the restaurant floor plans and layout of all F&B offers. To have a full knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, alcoholic, and nonalcoholic beverages. To have a full knowledge of bar OS&E and drinks garnishes. To have a full knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, presentations, items characteristics and prices. Ensure that you know the daily occupancy rate of the hotel, the number of arrivals and departures, SAGs guests. Be familiar with all the services/characteristics and sites of interest/activities in the neighborhood, current or upcoming events in Doha (festivals, cultural events) to answer precisely to guest requests. Manage Micros, Open Table & all other systems as required. Establish rapport with guests in a professional manner. Work towards a high level of guest recognition and build a full working knowledge of guest preferences. Ensure discretion and confidentiality with SAGs customers and to ensure all information is given to the management for the reservation in-house database. Ensure all associates are always following the Order of Service and Standard Operating Procedures. Mentor associates as requested by management, following all correct training procedures and standards. Monitor associate development at the bar identifying training needs and any areas of concern. Manage all areas of business and T&C administration as required as assigned to you by the Bar Manager, ensuring all Rosewood policies are adhered to and upheld, including, but not restricted to; Associate reviews, return to work forms, holiday forms, stocktaking, disciplinary paperwork. To ensure that all departments within the control are operating to appropriate manpower/productivity ratios as agreed with the Bar Manager. To ensure all associate are developing within the departmental training program. To ensure effective communication throughout the restaurant at all times. Communicate on the performance of the business in an ongoing fashion, including the successes, concerns, and any issues or requirements for support. Ensure that the Bar is run efficiently, including the correct stock levels for all areas, including front and back of house. To take responsibility for correcting poor performance in line with T&C guidelines and regulations. Take on all other responsibilities as outlined by the Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager Implements agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property.<br>Customers Ensure the customers experience is one to remember. Provide a professional & efficient standard of service. Maintain a high-profile during service whilst being polite and helpful. Promote and establish a regular customer base, remember their likes and dislikes. Smile and maintain eye contact with customers. Provide prompt, unobtrusive, attentive service – the customer always comes first. Maintenance of tables to ensure the highest standard of hospitality. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, always wearing the full, correct, clean, uniform & maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.<br>Service Ensure staffing levels are correct. Lease with Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager to ensure adequate staffing for the service & larger parties. Adhere to agreed break times. Ensure associate are fully trained with opening, during & closing bar procedures. Ensure associate are updated daily with requirements & provide suitable instruction. Ensure all MEP requirements have been met prior to service. Ensure the working environment remains clean & tidy & cleaning schedules adhered to at all times. Ensure rubbish is removed.

This is a role for a commercially astute, entrepreneurial sales leader who combines deep expertise in the Gulf luxury ecosystem with a proactive, outbound-driven approach to building new business.<br>Beyond commercial results, we are looking for someone who acts as a genuine brand ambassador, someone with a strong personal network and a real passion for health, longevity and wellbeing, who represents SHA's values in every relationship they build.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the strategic development of the GCC market, driving high-value revenue across SHA's destinations. Identify, target and convert new business opportunities through a proactive outbound sales approach. Build and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and private client advisors. Drive both B2B partnerships and direct-to-consumer sales to ensure diversified, scalable growth. Represent SHA as a brand ambassador at key industry events and high-level networking environments. Provide market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and client behavior to inform commercial strategy. Collaborate with global Marketing, PR and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless client journey.<br>Requirements<br>Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end lifestyle sales, with a strong focus on the GCC market. Proven track record developing and scaling Gulf markets for international luxury properties. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with the ability to generate and convert high-value opportunities independently. Established network with luxury travel agencies, concierge companies, or UHNW client circles. Fluent English.<br>Highly valued<br>Experience developing complementary markets such as India, CIS, or key markets (Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Singapore). Based in Dubai or Madrid, with flexibility for a hybrid setup.
